@EmbassySuites your Dallas market place hotel is very disappointing. You are known for having good breakfast and a great environment. This is far from that. Rusted workout equipment and breakfast in a tub by the lobby for everyone to put their hands into. Very disappointing

@HiltonHotels staying at Embassy suites in Dallas. Very disappointing. Woke up this morning to find sweet sugary buns in a tub at the lobby. Having stayed at other Locations throughout 2020 during the pandemic there was still an option of getting something warm.
