Will be interesting to see if the next decent looking SPAC DAs can be greeted with enthusiasm or not. As of now, the "best" pending SPAC mergers are trading at a max of approximately 4-5% over NAV; $CEPT, $WLAC, $PCSC; and will the aforementioned have a run before merge?

A SPAC CEO was caught with her hand in the cookie jar, taking money from the working capital account that she was not authorized to. When the board requested she repay the funds, she refused. There's a chance that $BBCQ (merger with Pasqal) ends up being a good investment over time. A chance. That said, the PIPE investment is at such hugely better terms for investors than the common. Further up the food chain, high dividends, conversion can adjust lower, warrants. . .

ANOTHER QUANTUM SPAC? 🤯 French neutral atom company is going public via SPAC ( $BBCQ ) at a ~$2B valuation. It’s a competitor to $INFQ (Infleqtion), which recently went public by SPAC. Pasqal was previously trying to raise $200M at $1B in the private markets. It failed to do that - its quantum computing program has significantly lagged peers (no gate based system or logical qubits), and it has no sensing program. I’ll need to take a deeper look but this does not look like an interesting one, in my opinion. bloomberg.com/news/articles/…
