@CollinHarsin With Drink in Godot I literally just added the key bindings for controller in the project settings. Godot has them inbuilt so it was super easy.

@thomasbrushdev Some people are super sensative to this so I think giving the player the option is a good call.

Twisted Tower is running at a 40fps consistently for Steam deck. Is this good enough? (It runs at 60 MOST of the time, but dips down to 40 a lot too. If I cap at 40 it's consistent)

@infernitz Yeah I guess if you need it to be commercially successful because it's your job and you have wages or bills to pay. I just make what I think is fun and interesting because it's a hobby.

I've struggled to find my game's audience maybe because it's experimental, not a genre that's "hot" on Steam. Should indie devs think more about the genre perhaps?

#indiedevs , I’ve got a question for you! I’m a small content creator, but I’ve been noticing a decent amount of success with my ‘weekly upcoming’ or ‘My favorite …. games’ style videos. The first impressions videos haven’t been seeing a lot of engagement. If you provide a key to a content creator, would you feel alright with that creator posting a 5 minute review video? What about a video where my gameplay thoughts were shared along with a few other indie games in the same genre? In my experience, those videos do well, but how are they for converting to wishlists, and how do they feel as a dev?
