BREAKING: The Trump Administration will be providing Iran with access to $6 billion of frozen funds to buy humanitarian and non-sanctioned goods from the US, per FT. Details include: 1. The move is being described as a "financial incentive" to ensure Iran commits to the deal 2. Funds will be released in phases starting within the 60-day ceasefire extension 3. Funds will also be contingent on Iran reopening the Strait of Hormuz 4. The Trump Administration will also grant a waiver to allow Iran to export oil for the duration of the 60-day period The deal aims to eventually "terminate all types of sanctions" on Iran.

The peace plan is ALREADY bearing fruit for America, as gas prices fall. Iran's nuclear program is destroyed, their conventional military is destroyed, and their capacity to threaten their neighbors is still largely gone. @VP

Walking through Morrisons head office car park…. Range Rovers. Mercedes. BMWs everywhere. Even an Aston Martin💰 First thought is wow, they’re doing well. Second thought, are they though? How much do these people actually have invested? How much is in the bank versus on finance? Nice cars don’t mean wealth. They often mean debt📉

People underestimate what “nothing special” can become. £200 a month invested. £2,500 a year added. 5% annual portfolio growth. 5% annual dividend growth. No lottery ticket. No overnight millionaire story. No 100x crypto moonshot. Just consistency. Twenty years later, the chart starts to look less like saving… …and more like a machine quietly working in the background. Elementary, perhaps. But rarely appreciated.
