@DonkorST No the citizens are dirty and no amount of DCE intervention can solve this. A poor country like Ghana cannot also afford to clean after dirty ppl daily. That money could be allocated to road constructions but we are so fucking dirty and we see nothing wrong with it.

The NPP built this nonsense of a road in Dansoman, and it’s already deteriorated.
The saddest part is that consultants certified this road, which led to a payment certificate being issued.

I understand his point, but without a clear and comprehensive plan for recovering the costs of treating patients, the health sector could face serious financial strain within just a couple of months.
Then again, having been at UGMC, he could easily have piloted the idea first 😂

The work done at the Asokwa interchange is beautiful and gives our young visual artists a sense of hope for the vision they carry. If we turn this into an annual high school competition & spread it across Kumasi it’ll help beautify our city & also sustain the fine arts.
