This issue would have died a quiet death had the @BlueDart_ social media team not decided to lecture me about having a “respectful conversation”.
I’ve been perfectly polite throughout, by the way.
But after two false delivery updates, Blue Dart has identified the real problem: the customer.

Blue Dart’s delivery person marked me unavailable twice. He never called, and he never came to the house. I have CCTV footage to prove it. When I complained, @BlueDart_’s response was to ask for a “respectful conversation”. Apparently, the delivery person can lie. The customer must watch his tone.

Mobs of goondas from a political party (IYKYK) ransacked the hospital I was working in, assaulted the staff, set it on fire, torched vehicles, and left critically ill patients to die after shutting down the electricity. Police escorted us shell-shocked doctors home in the morning after we were locked up in the ICU all night.
I was on duty that night and scarred for life. My blood boils to see that 25 years later, nothing has changed. Why do kids even want to become doctors in this country?

Watch the doctor's reaction when she's hit by that goon corporator. She goes completely blank. The exams, sleepless nights & sacrifices it took to become a doctor probably flashed before her eyes. That thug belongs behind bars for a long time!

She was informed that the baby would need NICU care. When we checked our NICU, there was one bed available, but another delivery had just taken place, and that baby also needed the NICU, so no bed was left. We advised the family that it would be better to go to our referral center, Sion Hospital. They asked for some time to discuss it among themselves and get back to us. Our doctors and gynecologists explained the situation clearly to them. Later, the relatives apparently called someone, and about twenty-five to thirty people arrived, our doctors were assaulted... We have filed an FIR. Our demand is that we need security in our hospitals... Fear is inevitable given the nature of the incident; anyone would feel afraid..." (08.07)

Shiv Sena Corporator Ramesh Mhatre, prime accused in the case involving the assault on doctors and nurses at Dombivli's Shastri Nagar Hospital, has been taken to Thane Civil Hospital following his arrest. He has been admitted to the hospital for treatment due to health issues. Further legal proceedings will be carried out only after receiving the medical reports of the concerned doctors and obtaining the necessary clearance: Dombivli ACP Suhas Hemade

This video really affected me because I worked in the emergency department at Shastri Nagar Hospital a few years ago. I still remember one night when an angry crowd surrounded me, and I received three or four calls from politicians trying to interfere and force their way.
