@vlaszlo05 @Wheva These are both things we're looking closely at - more info soon! Many of our upcoming changes are a direct response to feedback from folks who want to play alts but are put off by the prospect of having to re-do certain content or systems.

@Lincoln_WoW Raid gearing needs help too, but the static nature of raid loot tables complicates mid-tier solutions. We want to get dungeon improvements out ASAP as we continue to discuss the right approach for other gear sources like raiding and world content.

@dankatar There was a serious issue on Tuesday evening that required clearing all Normal and LFR progress earned in those initial hours after the weekly reset. This shouldn't happen again. Apologies for the inconvenience, but on the upside, extra loot!

Lockouts still seem broken for raid. We did 9/10 and our lockout says 6/10 and have to rekill bosses. This is very inconvenient for progression. Just as an FYI @WatcherDev

@Healcraft @WarcraftDevs @BlizzardCS Try relogging (fully logout and back in, not Alt-F4) - a hotfix for this went out a minute ago. Incredibly frustrating, I know, and I apologize on behalf of the team. We think our fix should address the issue and let people who did Normal or LFR zone in.

@laoboq @Stoopzz_TV @ElliottVenczel We're going to be removing the "total Conquest earned" requirement from weapons on the vendor. It's a relic of the old system, and not needed in the new version. The change should be in by the time the season starts - we'll confirm in our official Hotfix Notes once this is live.

@Wowhead Are you sure on the timing there? This data hasn't been touched since the end of October, when we finalized the Maw rewards progression. It's valid feedback if the requirement feels high, but we wouldn't just stealthily change something like this once the game is live.

@TwpHoneybadger @WarcraftDevs Digging into why our fix worked when tested internally but doesn't seem to have done so on the live servers is a top priority right now (involving separate people from those working on stabilizing crowded servers). We'll update as soon as we know more.

@WarcraftDevs @WatcherDev Can you get the team on this at all? Its more frustrating to see a tweet saying it was hotfixed and constantly for hours try logging in and out yet still no redeemed souls or 1/9 chapters completed, game is extremely buggy with bugs from BETA that were told to Devs.

With a hotfix to the game about an hour ago, we fixed an issue where players who swapped Covenants could not see the first chapter of their new campaign as complete. You should now be able to log out and back in and visit your Sanctum to find that you have Souls and can proceed.

@shonoes Do you have a sense of which addon might have caused this? You're not the only one who's had this experience and I'd love to get information out there to help others troubleshoot too. Thanks!

@shonoes You've finished the Revendreth campaign (Master of Lies scenario, etc.), returned to Oribos, and are on the quest "Choosing Your Purpose" from Tal-Inara, and can't interact with the NPCs to progress it? If so, can you provide your character name/server to aid with investigation?
