India responded by reinforcing cohesion, maintaining institutional stability, and sustaining economic growth. Civil life continued, state structures held firm, and national identity remained intact. India today represents a model of endurance under sustained pressure. Along with this woman, 12 others had also given their documents to Danish, believing they would all be settled in Malaysia. 3.
