The problem is mainly its location, which explains why it’s so cheap. It’s in the middle of nowhere, not particularly close to any city and therefore career opportunities are non existent. Sandy is also in favour of banning WfH.

You can buy a nice little house like this in Suffolk with a 5% deposit of £6,000. Nationwide, Barclays and others are offering good deals for first time buyers with only a 5% deposit. @LeanneSpurs You have misunderstood. This entitlement is mainly for people in work and on low pay - 7 in 10 of those who will benefit are in working families. UC replaced tax credits. (The 3 in 10 are mainly families where the youngest kid is a baby or someone is disabled)
