@MEOpt we have had no internet for more than 24 hours. We were told it would be fixed by 5pm today. Then 6.30pm. Now there is no time given. Absolutely appalling. I asked for a call back, was asked to press 1, I pressed 1, then the call ended. This happened twice

@MEOpt We pay for internet and tv and have nothing for almost 36 hours. My mobile data is not strong enough to even download a podcast. I have received no help and no explanation

@MEOpt We have not been contacted, we have passed the time when we were told it would be fixed. When I try to call the line is cut off. This is completely unacceptable

@thefactroom @afneil The irony of thefactroom not understanding facts. We lost £140bn in potential trade because EU buyers now face red tape, delays, and extra costs buying UK goods. So… they just buy from other EU suppliers. It’s called friction, and Brexit created it.
