Such an amazing announcement for our city. Thank you @randallwoodfin! Increasing the size of Vulcan by 5x is probably the most important thing that could happen for Birmingham.

Thanks to steady financial leadership, our city has amassed a $53 million surplus. With these extra funds, we will finally be able to make necessary enlargement upgrades to Vulcan. This project should be complete in time for the Opening Ceremony of the World Games on July 7th.
