June 1 the box finally arrives. It's the pale grey one. The exact colour I had clearly said no to. By then I'd already bought a matching graphite MX Keys S because I trusted their confirmation. Now half my desk doesn't match.

On May 21 they told me my mouse was back in stock and they'd proceed. Less than an hour later a different agent said graphite was out of stock and pushed pale grey instead. I said no. They finally agreed to send the graphite Business edition.

Assistant manager came and told me the only in case of 2 hour delayed compliment meals are provided, anyways train is 1 and half hour delayed so no complimentary meal will be provided.
