Can anyone recommend a different host to Siteground right now? My site has been offline for nearly a day now, and I'm getting rather anxious and frustrated about when it will be up online again.

@SiteGround Any update from an hour ago? Would've been great to have been notified of this by email rather than hear of an issue from a client this morning!

UPDATE: The severity of the incident with our London DC has escalated and several hours ago we started our disaster recovery procedure. We are now restoring servers from offsite backups in our Amsterdam location and gradually putting them back online.

@VeryHelpers Ah ok. Your website is still showing as delivery to room of choice even under the COVID update so you probably want to change that then! I won't be able to order if that's the case. Thanks anyway.

@virtualstudiouk Good morning Leah, I understand. At the moment, our couriers are only able to offer doorstep delivery due to current Covid restrictions. This is a safety measures for both couriers and customers. I hope this isn't too inconvenient. Best wishes, Elizabeth
