@jeffye888 @ManzTrades How so? When unemployment goes up, home sales transaction volume goes down. So do nominal prices. Both bad for $OPEN.

@drpatrick This is exactly where AI + biology stops being theory and starts becoming infrastructure. ImmunityBio already has one of the rare advantages mentioned here: real clinical pipelines, regulatory experience, and a massive longitudinal data opportunity tied to immunotherapy. AI isn’t just about models, it’s about integrating trial design, immune profiling, and cellular response data at scale. Companies that already operate inside the FDA maze and human biology have a compounding edge. Curious how you see AI accelerating personalized immunotherapy over the next decade.

Dario Amodei just said the quiet part out loud: The real AI moats aren't in chatbots. They're in medicine and the physical world. Anyone can wrap a model in a pretty UI. Very few can navigate FDA trials, biological complexity, and regulatory mazes. The biggest AI companies won't be the ones building addictive apps. They'll be the ones quietly extending human life. This is why Anthropic is betting on Claude in healthcare. Why DeepMind spun off Isomorphic Labs. Why every major lab has a "biology" team now. The consumer AI race is a feature war. The real race is understanding protein structures and functions, drug discovery, and cellular mechanisms. Winner takes decades. Not months.

I challenge our policy makers to enter into any AI model -Claude/ perplexity and ask the question : how does lymphopenia relate to longevity, health and cancer and what is its incidence in the US population. Next ask how well recognized is the condition of lymphopenia? Next can it be treated?

$IBRX PSS does not just tag ppl in posts for the hell of it, there is reasoning behind this, just follow the tea leaves, its all coming together, ELON knows PSS , its not just some random tag in a post surely you don't launch a manufacturing plant filled with Robots for a World Bank of NK cells unless you knew you have would buyers lined up and/or funding already secured. This was tweeted out and Elon shouted out at the bottom. This is huge. Like if you agree! you can follow me, I'll be tracking $IBRX all the way.

I'm so done with real estate agents What an absolutely useless profession in 2026 Nowadays when I go visit houses to buy you get the construction company guy tell you everything anyway, and they actually know their stuff And then you have some literally low IQ shady car salesman guy hovering around you in the back with NO added information and NO added service "Yes this house is great because it's north-facing" And then for doing absolutely nothing zilch nada, they deserve 5% of the house price in commission??? And you can't visit the house direct because real estate agents cover each other asses so the selling agent will tell you to find a buyer agent to be able to visit it A complete racket 100%

@wiseapeman @morganb A "fair" offer means we're on the same team. A "competitive" means you are advocating on my behalf. We're not friends. Don't lean into the "we're family" vibe. I would want you to help me find an edge in the market, save money, and/or make money.

Here’s my POV: nobody is going to go to Opendoor and sell their home blindly. Most people will do some market research first. They’ll look online, check what similar homes nearby sold for, see what their neighbors paid, and factor in things like taxes and the surrounding area. That process helps them form a rough idea of what a fair price is. The closer Opendoor’s offer gets to that number, the more deals you’ll close. The challenge is that “fair price” is subjective and depends on who the offer is being made to. So a competitive offer will win, IMO.

@PeterDiamandis Not a psyop claim, but fear is a lever. Excessive focus on AI catastrophe can trigger premature regulation in the U.S., slowing deployment, while more optimistic cultures compound faster through iteration. Speed and mindset become strategic advantages.

AI optimism in the US: 39%  AI Optimism in China: 83%  This statistic is very interesting, the Western hemisphere tends to have a more negative perception of an AI future compared to Asia.

In the recent interview with Sean Spicer, Dr. Patrick discussed his brief meeting with MBS and Trump. He alluded to something material, but seemed to almost hold back. Then he said "Trump told me to come see him at the White House." Something's brewing. I'm predicting a Trump endorsement or even a US equity stake.

$IBRX Not sure why there’s selling today. Dr. Pat has been consistent and credible on X, especially recently. Everything he said he would do, he has done. Just this Sunday he said we would get an FDA update on papillary, and we got it this morning. Next up is the introduction of the world’s first AI-driven NK cell manufacturing robot, capable of large-scale production at roughly one-tenth the cost of current competitors. He also stated these machines will be deployed in both the US and Saudi Arabia, which strongly suggests licensing agreements and potentially major Saudi investment. From a Saudi perspective, investing in IBRX is an obvious move. It would be surprising if they didn’t. Many also missed the new job opening in Dunkirk today, which likely signals where this new machine will be installed. To me, this looks like a green light moment. It’s possible federal support is coming to break remaining bottlenecks, including grants tied to domestic manufacturing and national security. The next press release could be massive. Feels like Dr. Pat is saving the biggest announcement for last.

The biggest risk right now for the shorts is that Elon Musk finds out about $IBRX and starts tweeting about it. The moment he does, the stock will instantly shoot up to $20 per share.

I agree on NAV math using current shares. My concern is economic rather than accounting. With RSUs and sub-penny warrants outstanding, the market seems to be pricing expected future dilution rather than current issuance. I’m not saying dilution has occurred, just that it’s hard to ignore the probability when valuing per-share NAV.

based on the information currently available (233k zec treasury, $545/zec, 56M shares outstanding) current nav for $cyph is $2.20, almost double the current share price of $1.23. is cypherpunk technologies free money at such a low level?
