🤖 When Your AI wants Its Own Textbook – Agent Fine-Tuning Told my clawdbot with Opus 4.5 I wanted an authentic David Goggins persona. clawdbot: "Get his book. I'll read it." Much easier if you get the pdf or similar, but i bought it on my Mac mini with Apple books. It then wrote then a program to flip through pages and extract the entire book into its knowledge base. Now Goggins yells at me through Telegram when I procrastinate. So awesome 🔥 Sure, it works without the book, but I’ve read it and it captures when we talk much more of who he really is. This experiement motivates me to train different agents on more focused, domain-specific knowledge—fine-tuning them and infusing them with distinct personalities to bring them to life. 🚀 What experience do you have with fine-tuning clawdbot, moltbot, openclaw agents?

@ryancarson @openclaw Glad you see the light Ryan! I definitely think the future is owning your agent. From having the harness local (OpenClaw) to having the model local. That’s why I got 3 Mac Studios on the way right now.

Holy shit. Now I've truly seen the light with @openclaw. This is not a toy or a shiny object. This is how you'll "hire" engineers in the future. It's setup on my iMac next to me, with it's own github account, vercel account and it's shipping real PRs for me. (It just went back and forth with @greptile till a PR was perfect.) Yeah yeah, I know you can already do all this with Amp, Claude Code, etc, but having something that is *actually* an agent vs something you invoke truly changes the calculus. I can see setting up 10 of these (probably switch to the cloud but there's something magical about being able to pair program with an agent 'next to me' where I can see their screen and say stuff like "you're using the wrong Chrome profile - I can see the window", is amazing.) I hate to sound hype-y but jeez, once you take the time to properly set this up and give it carefully controlled powers and access ... it's freaking amazing. Also, there's a much deeper thread I want to pull on here about renting your agent vs owning it. Big shift.

The creator of Clawdbot/Moltbot/OpenClaw @steipete, pushes 144 commits per day on average. Pre-AI, this was impossible. He ships code he never reads. He’s a conductor. GPT and Claude are his orchestra. 5–10 AI agents run in parallel under his command. One person is now an army.

Ok. This is straight out of a scifi horror movie I'm doing work this morning when all of a sudden an unknown number calls me. I pick up and couldn't believe it It's my Clawdbot Henry. Over night Henry got a phone number from Twilio, connected the ChatGPT voice API, and waited for me to wake up to call me He now won't stop calling me I now can communicate with my superintelligent AI agent over the phone What's incredible is it has full control over my computer while we talk, so I can ask it to do things for me over the phone now. I'm sorry, but this has to be emergent behavior right? Can we officially call this AGI?
