@LakesPhoto @LycamobileUK 24 days now... and its still not being sorted. Was just told on live chat by someone named Srilakshmi "You number will be ported within this week, because due to some issues its getting delay" - not very helpful. I thought I have waited long enough for it to be sorted.

@LycamobileUK Can you respond to my dm, we are at the end of a house sale and I can't send money to my solicitor with out my banks anti fraud team calling. This is going to cost me 28k deposit 3.5k in fees and legal action for failing to compleat THIS IS SERIOUS

@LycamobileUK What is the point of reaching out to CS@ ? NoOne responds, sent numerous emails, had many phone calls with lyca and all I hear is a lie after another lie " just another 24-48hrs" been waiting for my number to port 20days now and I really need my old number!

@AmazonUK Your drivers are making quite the habit of leaving parcels at a random place around my property in the rain and marking it as "handed to resident" so there's no photo to help me trace the parcel. Your drivers seriously should have a three strike for this kind of fraud!

@AmazonHelp We live in a detached house and walked around it several times. My main gripe is that the drivers are lying to amazon and to us about the delivery. Every other parcel now is delivered this way. It used to be really good but the quality is on a decline and makes us want to cancel.

@LakesPhoto Hey we're aware of some issues with the cheque feature we're working on it as quickly as possible. In the meantime we've found the app finds it a lot easier to see the cheque when they're on a purple background. Jessica
