Immigrants to the UK took £15 billion in benefits in 18 months. £10.5 bn went to households with at least one unemployed foreign national. The number of immigrants claiming universal credit more than doubled since 2022. Economic and cultural suicide.🤯 dailymail.com/news/article-1…

Here's a story that will tell you a bit about @UniofOxford (and a bit about me). When I was an undergraduate in the 80's I had a girlfriend, who I will call C, who was not at my college (Trinity) and not on my course (PPE). Her college and her course had an eminent, youngish, left wing don, with a significant profile and a feminist-friendly reputation. But he was a bit of a drunk, and quite bit of a lecher, who made C feel uncomfortable, in the days when that meant something. C, being C, a socialist feminist, decided to do something about this, and put the word out that she wanted to do something. C arranged a meeting and *every single female undergraduate on that course in the whole college* - some twenty people- turned up. They reported the same sorts of behaviour conducted in private: drunk tutorials, inappropriate remarks, sitting down, too close, to individual student on the sofa, leering, organizing one to one tutorials, with the female students but not the males, oversharing about his private life, all the actions you can imagine. Every single woman knew what he was like, every woman objected, despite the fact that many of them had applied to that particular college because of their respect for him. By acting, C broke the spell. They arranged to see the head of the College. All of them, every single female student studying X at college Y. The head of the college had to act, and an unsatisfactory Oxford compromise ensued. The don in question was relieved of all undergraduate teaching and moved to a graduate only college. He wasn't dismissed, and there was no publicity. But I remain full of admiration for C. Sexual harassment at Oxford is not new - and this 👇is sexual harassment. Some clever men in positions of authority engage in this sort of action with impunity, particularly putting female students on edge, even when their behaviour is otherwise formally correct. It takes great courage to call them out, especially for female undergraduate students . But maybe, when you do, you will find that lots of female students feel the same.

How did we reach the point where a male lecturer at @UniofOxford can wear gigantic fake breasts, with cleavage, and everyone else is expected to ignore it?

Just look how thin skinned & irritated Zack Polanski gets when he is asked about his integrity. The Greens are happy to bring up so called comments that Farage allegedly made 50 years ago in school. But bring up Zack’s boob whisperer days from just 13 years ago & he’s furious.

@OmegaFiveOG It's policy in (some states in) Australia that men can change their sex marker to F So Bromwich says sex is changeable. He means administratively but how many people know that? Repeal the Gillard amendments, get Gender Identity out of the SDA And it starts with language

I wasn’t happy when Clinton, Obama or Biden won, but I didn’t call them fascist/dangerous/threat to democracy. I didn’t hope someone would assassinate them. I went on with my life with gratitude. Friends on the left, please try this. Your life and our country will be better.

I’m sick to death of Tim McBride speaking for women. Tim is a man. He can cosplay all he wants, spend his days in some weird fantasy land all he wants, but he can never and will never be a woman. Tough tits, Tim. Reality isn’t always kind.
Tudor Dixon@TudorDixon

“Threats toward trans people are threats toward all women.” This manipulation is meant to force us to give up our right to safe personal spaces. McBride wants biological men to have access to women’s sports & locker rooms/restrooms. That is an actual threat to our daughters.

Digitalisation is “for your convenience.” - try explaining that to the 3 million people who are not online in the UK. The majority (67%) are aged 70 or over. The digitalisation of everything is creating digital exclusion for millions of people - in particular, our elderly.

A large part of the problem is that Australian media absolutely sh*t the bed on this issue, ignoring it for years. When I first came under attack from trans activists, completely derailing my life, it took 1 year to the day to get any kind of media attention on it, despite raising the alarm for 364 days. I had to go to the UK to get adequate media attention on the Tickle v Giggle federal court case because the *vast majority* of Australian journalists shrugged, completely incompetent. Captured institutions & bad actors in Australia have known that they will be able to get away with what they are doing (from dragging women through court to punishing doctors to medicalizating children) in part because they’re not being held accountable by the fourth estate. Why gender ideology has started to crumble in the UK and US is because media paid it the necessary attention & gave those fighting it the respect they have earned. Australia and Canada have not and it’s blatantly obvious. Once most people know what is actually happening, they are against it. The challenge has always been making sure people know what is actually happening.

I wrote this in @thetimes in 2022: “Rarely in politics is it easy to draw a direct line from a single policy decision to the harm it’s done, but in this case, it will be simple. If any woman or girl suffers voyeurism, sexual harassment, assault or rape in consequence of the Scottish government’s lax new rules, the blame will rest squarely with those at Holyrood who ignored safeguarding experts and women’s campaigners.” We knew women and girls were being placed in danger, we knew the Scottish government was planning to introduce measures that would make those dangers more acute, but women trying to make the government listen to their well-evidenced concerns were described by Sturgeon in her turgid memoir as ‘hysterical.’ thetimes.com/uk/scotland/ar…

FUN FACT ~ You write fiction books. I developed the world first policy for trans inmates 25 years and it’s still world’s best practice. You don’t have a clue what you are talking about. I managed every female prison in NSW and trans women were the least threat to the safety of the prison. I have managed 5 Prisons and they are actually 1000 times easier to manage risk than it is in the greater community. Every prison has protection, strict protection, & one out segregation units, they have cameras, walls, bars, duress alarms.  C_s women inmates rape other female inmates with bottles and hairbrushes and fists and fingers. One female inmate in Australia, fatally stabbed her fellow female cellmate 33 times. She needed leg irons, handcuffs, a spit hood &a posse of guards to move her. Female inmates are three and a half times more likely to sexually assault another female inmate than male inmates are in male prisons. Narratives such as @jk_rowling around issues such as trans people in prisons, takes a valid issue – the safety of inmates while incarcerated against abuse & sexual assault & target transindividuals (almost always trans women) & the ‘radical trans lobby’ as the perpetrators & enablers of this violence. In reality, prison administrators are responsible for the safety of prisoners, and trans activists do not have the level of ‘disproportionate power’ and ‘little accountability’ that @jk_rowling ascribes to them. It is true that a significant issue in the prison space is the presence of violent offenders who may assault other inmates. Narratives which cast (sis) female prisoners only as potential victims & male prisoners (incorrectly including trans women) as potential perpetrators simplify the dynamics of interpersonal violence to the detriment of all: this narrative ignores (or even tacitly condones) interpersonal violence within male prison spaces, where trans women are disproportionately at risk; it overlooks sexual violence in women’s prisons between sis-women prisoners; & it fails to hold the prison system accountable for building systems & environments which prioritise the safety of prisoners. Instead, trans women who have committed violent sexual offences are positioned by @jk_rowling as not only a threat based on their own actions, but as an innate threat from their entire group, and used as justification to deny all trans people the validity of their genders. to deny all trans people the validity of their genders. scientificamerican.com/article/sexual…

Twenty years ago yesterday, the Howard government paid off Australia's national debt entirely. This month, that debt crossed $999 billion. Seven in ten Australians say they are worried about where this ends, as projections estimate a continual rise throughout the next decade. Link to article in comments below.
