@stevefanagan @AvidProTools If none of that works, it’s very possible you have a dead LCD. When you select “detect” in the PT hardware setup, does the LCD/backlight still fail? Also, if you do find that resetting works 🤞🏼, I would recommend making sure the firmware is up to date while you’re at it.

@stevefanagan @AvidProTools For sure! It worked for me once and one time another Omni had a dead LCD backlight and display. You can also try powering it down, unplug, press power button in, wait 15sec, press power button again ‘off’, plug back in, power on to see if that helped anything too.
