@hirusuhi Leaks revealed this monster was always in the movie, even before resident evil was tacked onto the name. A monster composed of multiple bodies isnt an original idea, resident evil conveniently has one as well with the Nyx but its naive to think this is a direct callback.

@ArklayEmbers resident evil films have been nothing if not original every time, and every time theyre absolute garbage. This isnt new for the franchise. This came across as the same old song and dance. This reeks of Sony slapping the RE logo on a stand alone movie to keep the rights.

Today has shown just how clueless and brain dead alot of Resident Evil "fans" actually are. It's pathetic that there are people crying about there being snow in the new movie, or complaining about it being an original character and story instead of a 1:1 adaptation. (1/6)

Fallout 76 got better under Xbox. Overwatch got better under Xbox. Sea of Thieves got better. State of Decay 2 got better. Diablo IV got better. Grounded got better. Forza Horizon, enough said. Starfield got better. ESO got better. WoW got better Xbox deserves more credit.

Elder Scrolls VI has a Crimson Desert problem. For 15 years Skyrim was the benchmark. Every open world RPG got compared to it. I think that just ended. Crimson Desert’s world is so dense that NPCs actually go to church on Sundays. Just Sundays. Rest of the week they’re doing other things. That level of detail is everywhere. Combat makes Skyrim’s look like a tech demo. I’m 48 hours in and still wandering the opening area. The scale is absurd. Pearl Abyss is also shipping daily updates and free DLC while Bethesda is still warming up on Elder Scrolls VI. So when ES6 finally drops, it’s not getting compared to a 15-year-old game. It’s getting compared to this one. More Skyrim won’t cut it. Full breakdown in my latest video, link in comments.
