Hi @TMobileHelp, we’re traveling to India 🇮🇳 soon and would like a temporary international unlock for the 4 phones on our account. We want to keep our T-Mobile lines active but also use a local eSIM for internet while abroad. Can you please assist?

Switching from AT&T to T-Mobile was the worst decision ever. Got a Sam’s Club deal for 4 lines @ $100 + trade-ins. T-Mobile botched the device delivery, missed the promo, and messed up IMEIs. Dozens of calls later, still no fix. Hours wasted. No resolution. @TMobile, do better.

@ATT I ordered internet on Nov 26 cauz your site said it was available. After waiting until Dec 5, the installer showed up but said an issue needed resolving. No updates since. Today, Dec 28, another tech came and said nothing’s changed. Beyond frustrated. #ATTCustomerService

Counting days without internet and update. Day#38 No call from @ATT / @ATTHelp Sick of this service. @Ask_Spectrum was right about ATT’s resolution times.
