@bioadvo @blairwhitty @charle77238 Definitely seems to have some firms who have taken advantage of historical need for $$$ but the science seems to be there.

Maybe - haven't looked at the science but at first glance this seems like a retail fever dream and insiders are getting rich off of it. Dilution has been significant. Red flag to exercise warrants ahead of the pivotal data that $SLS bulls are so optimistic about, especially when you already have the cash to carry you through data. Guarantee those warrant holders used retail as exit liquidity in early January after the run up. Look at the volume.

@GunnerW77092164 @SJCapitalInvest @retail_mourinho Not trying to be dismissive, but Googling “IRA SEPP” would be better than me for a brief explanation. Plus, I am an investment guy not CPA or advisor so I know the concept but haven’t deployed in practice.

My biggest fear has been being the guy who made a million bucks and lost it. Today I made sure that will never happen. I turned $450k into $2.2M in the last 10 months. This morning I cleared $700k, which I am sweeping into an account that will go into stable low risk ETFs. I will keep the $1.5M to keep investing and being aggressive. Every time I hit $2M I will sweep $500k into the other account and let that stay safe and compound. The reality is, all of this is in my Roth account. I am 39 years old and in 20 years when I can access this, even at 12% growth this is well over $20M. It doesn’t make sense for me to play fast and loose with all of this. I already won. I don’t know exactly where I am parking the 700, it’s ok to just sit on cash for a bit while I figure that out. I will share a full port update tomorrow. But obviously we are on a run over here. I’ve written about my 1m spac trading year, but back then I didn’t know how to handle money, now I do. I am going to make sure this is actually life changing, and not just a moment. Appreciate you guys being on the journey with me. Let’s keep winning. 🔹

If your primary method of thinking about wealth is withdrawal rate then you dont have enough regardless Markets dont go up 4% a year they go -12, +15 etc and depending on the order of the years even if it averages 4% you end up short many years which kills compounding Thats why FIRE doesnt work and they all end up at some point going back to making money somehow

$1M at a 4% withdrawal rate is only $40k a year. Yes you’re a millionaire but if your goal is a “millionaire lifestyle”, you’re about $4,000,000 short.

@Arthurb101 @TheSkayeth Agree on the news as the cause- even though CRWV & Blue Owl refuted. Annoying for the market to interpret this as capital crunch for the data center market when if true it’s because CRWV is loaded up on debt. It’s a company not industry issue. $nbis financials are much better.

@TheSkayeth It’s because $CRWV wasn’t able to secure a loan for its next data center. Showing a capital crunch in the data center market

@MB_Hogan @ilzmcfly The NBIS vs IREN X investor competition is annoying. Different models in the same space. I own both, but different convictions levels for me.

All these MAG7s are spending billions in AI capex this year They need power. There is power shortage in the US to accommodate all these data centers $GLXY got approved for 830 MW, in one location I would not be surprised the market gets surprised by the quality of the deal when they announce the new tenant

@cineverseflick I liked it. It would run late at night when I was in college. Same few months I’m watching this late at night I broke my hand and met him at the hand doctor. He had sliced his finger open and needed stitches.

Not every constraint is investable. I see a lot of people thinking constraint equals alpha. Wrong perception. The word constraint seems to be the 2026 theme and immediatly makes people hit the buy button when they see it.

@TLocity @alessandrobanca Took 12 months to go from 60 to 72. If the curve is flattening then it will be less than 1 event per month.

$SLS Probably we are still at least 4-6 months from the main event. The past month has been the accumulation phase. The next weeks will be volatile but the large swings will begin to slow. Once things have cooled there will be a slow steady increase into the 5.5-6.5$ range. There we float until the data comes. Many retail buyer will be shook out by the and only the longs and big boys will remain for the big reveal. IMO

@JakeDelToro I don’t even follow $SLS, I just know that @Biotenic has a reason to think what he does and that assuming his take would be wrong or invalid just because of a short position is idiotic and is one reason why biotech shitco permabulls get hosed all the time.

@DonkeyCapital69 @Sandeman52 I gotcha. I’d just rather ride this for 2-3 years and 3-5x versus need to find another needle in a haystack. All good either way. I would be shocked to see BO though. I’ll take a BO for the one biotech name I own. lol

$NBIS to anyone offended that Dan Ives mentioned Nebius as a BO candidate, you need to chill. If they get bought out, take it as a win. If they don’t, that’s cool too. I’ve been through 3-4 buyouts in bio. They are game changers for your portfolio. I’m neutral on the idea, but definitely not anti. I’ve seen bio boards say no BO no BO and then when the stock price dips or stagnates they change their tune real quick.

@DonkeyCapital69 @Sandeman52 Because this could be much more than that over the next 3-5 years. Even with a 100% pop now I don’t know that I have the same conviction in another company to reinvest.

I’m 99% sure $MSFT acquires $NBIS next year — whether they want to or not. Why: • AI compute is the real bottleneck • $NBIS already runs hyperscale AI data centers • Existing deals = deep operational integration • Buying is faster (and cheaper) than building at this point Control the infrastructure → control AI.
