solve ONE problem really well
charge $10/month
no fancy AI
no complex features
no VC pitch deck
just solve a real problem for real people
the beauty? you only need 100 customers to hit $1k MRR
1000 customers = $10k MRR
that changes everything
most founders overcomplicate it
they think they need:
- millions in funding
- viral growth
- huge teams
but the reality is simpler
find a small group with a painful problem
build the solution
charge for it
iterate based on feedback
rinse and repeat
ive seen this work over and over
small tools solving specific problems
no venture backing needed
just focus and execution
the era of billion dollar swings is mostly over

Wow.. @ChrisCamillo is live right now on YouTube for dumb money live and he basically just went over every bearish key point I made about Tesla last week
I LOVE Tesla’s but I DO NOT think it’s going to be a good year for them.
He also says that what he’s hearing out of people that he’s connected to in the Tesla robotics inner circle, “is not promising”
The only way Tesla has a good year IMO is if SpaceX and Tesla merge

I could see this year end up being a really bad year for $TSLA stock I’m just calling it like I see it so don’t get mad at me. -P/E of 360 (all other mag7 around 20-30) -xAI failing massively compared to other AI companies (going to draw more of elons attention) - 8 of 12 of the og people who started XAI with Elon have left -SpaceX IPO will likely create selling pressure on $TSLA as investors dump TSLA to get into Elon’s new shiny object - Tesla car sales down, Rivian releasing a Model Y competitor - FSD becoming a commodity in the next 1-2 years based on what we’ve seen from $NVDA and other companies - Cybertruck showing to be a big flop - Optimus is the Hail Mary but even at Optimus there are 1000 other AI companies working on producing a humanoid robot as well

At a generous p/e of 25x they would need 1.656B of profit in a year.
Currently more revenue than they’ve ever generated… but give it 10 years could happen

@QualityInvest5 A lot of that 600 m cash flow is stock based compensation and acquisition costs. Remove that and it’s ALOT lower
If you believe they can cut costs and become profitable. It looks like a great company

$PGY stock price has been selling off while momentum approaches extreme negative levels not seen since 2022
This often happens near momentum exhaustion phases
Let me break this chart down:
1. The stock recently came off a major run and has been correcting back toward prior support levels
2. The momentum bars remain below zero, but selling pressure appears to be slowing as the move becomes extended
3. The purple momentum line is deeply negative and beginning to flatten relative to the orange signal line
$PGY is approaching a momentum exhaustion zone where trend reversals have historically begun
If momentum begins to stabilize here, $PGY could be setting up for a reversal attempt

As a person that has hired dozen of software engineers and several contractors the biggest points are
-get an engineer you trust to interview them( engineers are best at ranking the skills of other engineers )
-country doesn’t matter too much. Just make sure they have good English skills, are professional and are okay with working in the time zones you want
- pay is really dependent on experience/English level and location. Any engineers from the U.S. are most exspensive

2/ More than 20 institutional investors participated, the investor base for this type of deals is up 62% YoY.
