@TransUnion If my balance drops from $3100 to $431, why should my credit score go down?

@TransUnion apparently can't do math. An 11 point drop because I paid an entire balance, dropping it to zero, then added $431 by the end of billing period. $3100 → $0 → $431 TransUnion: hmm yes drop the score, make it double-digits.
