Effective field drainage is a foundation of soil health & an essential element of the regenerative transition - but who’s talking about it in govt or supply chain? It’s an issue we’re addressing in a new trial @AllertonProject to get it on the agenda. reader.fwi.co.uk/pugpig_enhance…

We’ve got two small lots of excess 2 & 3 yo Nudie ewes up today in the Cashmore Park Oaklea sale. Good little starter flock for a move into composite shedders. auctionsplus.com.au/auctions/sheep…

Australian farmers. Would you be interested in seeing a demonstration of our Soil-Max tile plow? Is April a good time for a demo in your region? We’re looking at doing demos in Victoria, South Australia, and Western Australia. #aussiefarming #farmdrainage #tileplow

@JA_Farming We had this issue in young sheep for years and couldn’t work it out. We worked it out when we stopped ojd vaccinating wethers and then in only happened in ewes. It turned out we were vaccinating with guidair too close to the spine and the cyst was pressuring the spinal cord.

Sheep guru’s. I have a lamb doing this, was fine a week ago. Also had one do it a month ago that I had to put down. Any suggestions as to what’s going on or what I can give it to help it get going again? TIA

@Tedthekelpie Yes they pull the skin tighter on the tail and reduce tail dags. Used one here for fifteen years I’d recommend it.

Is anyone who’s stopped muelsing merinos using one of these? Is the extra cost worth while?

@CropProCory Hi Cory I’m interested in your rotation and how this works. Ie, how do you stop the alfalfa taking over the cash crop etc.

Differences in weed growth at Urana @theGRDC stripper vs draper stubble trial. Too wet for timely spraying so weeds got away, bigger sowthistle in the draper cut. Stripper stubble has suppressed weed germ & growth. 540mm rain since harvest so very wet!! @Farm_Link @tony_swan64

How good are these harvest activity maps! This sorghum harvest we tested activity maps. This allows us to quickly visualise what’s completed, in progress and still to harvest. 🟢Green = Finished. 🟠Orange = In Progress. 🔵Blue = Scheduled. Harvest data made simple! #farmSimple

Soybeans in the Western Districts of Victoria.I suppose our climate is similar to Cairns🤔( or maybe not). Every plant has a few nodules but not heaps, having said that very little rain since sown (15nov) (22mm) maybe todays rain might help nodulate better. Hopefully N for winter
