Has there ever been a war in which we had so little information on what was going on? Even in WW2 there were daily reports of the battles and bombings. Now in 2026 it is almost impossible to find out what is happening. Must not be going well.

Folks on the TDS train need a(nother) reality check, to wit: When President Trump suggested other countries come to keep the Straight of Hormuz open he was speaking to the folks who insisted America take attack after attack from the Iranian regime and its puppets on American interests as the price for protecting that flow of oil. He was speaking to the people who actually rely on that oil but do nothing to guarantee access. He did this to prove a point: that these people CANNOT do it. They lack the sealift capacity, the airlift capacity and the basic military capability- they rely on the US Military. The President is reminding the people bitching about the oil that if they really cared about it they would spend the money needed to protect it.
