@Kleros_io is voting to launch a hidden-ballot curation court on Gnosis Chain, where jurors commit their verdict in secret before anyone sees how others voted. Kleros is a decentralized arbitration protocol: $PNK holders stake to serve as jurors on disputes. Curation courts rule on whether listings, token registries, and similar entries are legitimate. 2025 data showed jurors copying early votes rather than judging independently, a herding problem the hidden-voting parameter fixes, but only in a new court since it cannot be toggled on after creation. The proposal frames this as a parallel experiment, not a replacement, following earlier hidden-vote courts on Ethereum (2020) and Gnosis (2021). @clesaege supports hidden voting but flags an unresolved structural issue: parenting the new court under the General Court "would split staking between hidden and not hidden." His alternatives - attach it to the existing Curation Court, or price the old one out via higher fees. One wallet has voted 22,791 $PNK in favor so far (100% For). Voting closes May 11. 9:29 UTC Proposal: snapshot.box/#/s:kleros.eth…

“A prediction is only as anti-fragile as its resolution criteria” We’re happy to work with new oracles like @llamaonthebrink to tackle imprecise resolution rules upstream for more risk adverse users. “In the future these contentious markets can be avoided with more precise resolution rules, but there is always some room for interpretation or some hidden ambiguity in the spectrum of possibilities.” ArAIstotle’s Truth Terminal users are already using our Resolution Risk Index (RRI) and Resolution Fragility Score (RFS) to make better decisions and indecisions. (Built upon our patent granted and award winning derived technology, links in comments ⤵️).

"A prediction market is only as good as its oracle" I'm glad we're finally seeing PMs start to move to oracles that are both not centralized and not financialized. Next step is to make attester voting private. x.com/llamaonthebrin…

The internet is no longer mostly human. Automated traffic made up 53% of all web traffic in 2025, while human activity fell to 47%, according to @Imperva's 2026 Bad Bot Report. And bots are no longer just scraping pages: 27% of bot attacks now target APIs. When value and coordination move online, products need to know when one person is pretending to be many. That’s what @proofofhumanity is built for.

Depending on @circle, or @tether or any small group of companies, that are subject to different legal jurisdictions isn't really a robust system. I do think there is a reliable way of solving this problem with @Kleros_io though, and maybe @MetaLeX_Labs. Briefly, the system would look like this: 1. @circle funds @SEAL_911 members with Kleros tokens 2. Seal members stake these tokens in a specialized security court 3. When hacked funds are detected on USDC/CCTP, they quickly vote to freeze. And this vote is honored by circle's smart contracts programmatically. 4. Suspect can cheaply dispute this decision, and then a larger jury is pulled in (this is how Kleros works) 5a. If larger jury votes to keep funds frozen, then suspect's only option is legal process/US courts. Maybe this real world leg is enabled by @MetaLeX_Labs 5b. If larger jury overturns seal's decision, seal is slashed, and suspect is proven innocent and gets their funds back + compensation

@NeerajKA keeps deleting his replies so here’s my response to his series of excuses for Circle. CIRCLE is responsible for the things it builds and the decisions they make and the people they provide services too. Just like every other person and company in this space. In this situation EVERYONE ELSE ACTED to the respond to the incident and take the steps THEY COULD to mitigate the harm. Not because they were forced to. But because they could and they don’t want the hackers to fucking win. That’s the fucking difference and why Circles actions are fucking unacceptable. They could. Not only can they—they have a bigger staff and more money than every other one of these teams. And they chose not to. A lot of bridges can’t freeze. But they can block on the frontends or APIs. They can refuse to process transactions that are 100% stolen funds. AND IN THIS CASE EVERYONE DID EVERYTHING THEY COULD. EXCEPT CIRCLE. The frontends blocked. The bridges limited the SOL->ETH routes temporarily. The people who could freeze froze. Drift and Squads and security experts worked instantly to identify and contain the threat and ensure no further loss could be realized—to Drift AND to others. The only ones who sat and did NOTHING was Circle. They watched. As people alerted and worked together and said FUCK YOU to the hackers and tried to stop them, Circle sat in their ivory tower and said FUCK YOU to all the innocent people impacted. CIRCLE has decided that they don’t want to work together to make the world better. Fuck that. CIRCLE fucking CHOSE to keep servicing blatant fucking stolen funds via their stablecoin, their bridge, their frontend, their apis, their servers. For fucking HOURS. And then they made excuses for not acting after. No. That’s unacceptable. You are responsible for your actions. You don’t get to make excuses when you fuck up. Own it and be better or literally get the actual fuck OUT.

hi @laurashin @tayvano_ @kaiynne I believe there is a way towards arbitrating this problem, i shared a bit about it here with @lex_node @banteg @mdudas judge orders can take a long time, perhaps there are ways to build a fast, high-signal approach, backed by @Kleros_io, such as to increase accountability for every stablecoin issuer, whether they respond to it or not x.com/idiom_bytes/st… today's inability for @circle to act without a judge may be tomorrow's evidence for damages as a result of negligence

@tracewoodgrains This sounds like a problem of normie psychology and how the court system is structured than of poasting. I think transitioning to decentralized justice protocols like Kleros would totally solve this.
