@HankFrank Just started doing it a month ago, but meant weekly milage was less useful as a data point. Monitoring time @ intensity rather than pure milage now and it seems to be going good.

Why I ride the indoor bike every day as a marathon runner: It builds aerobic fitness without the impact of more miles. It helps my legs recover from the running I’m already doing. Every ride is zone 1/zone 2. Easy spinning. Nothing fancy. The closest thing to free fitness that exists in this sport.

@senor_dev_ @dhh Yes i have been using arch for some time, but i like the whole environment @DHH created around omarchy, just don't use a lot of the stuff he does.

Hey @DHH i know omarchy is built to your needs, but have you considered a barebones version or it, so people only install the programs they use?
