the 80/20 cognitive enhancement stack that hits hard as FUCK with zero tolerance buildup and zero waste:
- 150 mg armodafinil (cleaner pharmacokinetics than modafinil, longer-lasting wakefulness + deep focus)
- 250 mg citicoline (replenish the depleted stores of the vital neurotransmitter acetylcholine from armodafinil depletion)
- 200 mg caffeine (extra kick, focus, capsule form or just bang black coffee/ espressos all day long)
- 800 mg l-theanine (takes the edge off the stimulating compounds, calm + creative)
- 144 mg magnesium l-threonate (optimizes cognitive health by crossing BBB, helps with sleep quality)
- 2 mg oral pinealon (obliterates brain fog, heightens stress-resistance + focus, helps you sleep deeper)
- 6 mg oral epitalon (resets circadian rhythm despite long-lasting armodafinil, lowers cortisol, amazing for longevity)
you could run this 5 days on, 2 days off pretty much indefinitely without building a tolerance. cycle pinealon and epitalon 30 days on -> 2 months off, then continue as you please.
epitalon in the evening, everything else in the morning (magnesium can also be taken in the evening, but i prefer morning). if you need to prioritize due to $ constraints, remove epi + pine first. honorary mention tadalafil. honorary mention do a damn blood panel and fix whatever is bad first. not medical advice.

@JayHoovy If Stanley can do 15 things why don’t you do a consultation style demo where YOU figure out what would be the most valuable way to use Stan in their business, then literally just show them that one thing on demo, and then set it up for them after call for free access/proof

I have 30 days to get my company from $40M to the $100M level.
Today is Day 4, and I got wrecked.
I'm definitely feeling discouraged. Things just aren't working.
We're hustling to get customers. Staying up past 2am every night. Trying our best.
But I think we're hitting the hangover after our initial spark.
That feeling where reality sets in and you realize you have to will this thing into success over the long term.
I think we have both a product and a sales problem…
Product:
We need to figure out how better to showcase the value of Stanley during onboarding. Stanley is incredibly powerful, but showing you the 15 things he can do for you, is way too much to throw at someone on a first call.
Sales:
Rather than try to sell the "whole farm", I need to figure out the top 1-2 pain points Customers will light up to.
So the big realization I had today:
I need to come to sales calls with way more conviction.
Instead of saying "Stanley can do all of these things for you… what would you like to do?"
I need to drive the call in a specific direction, because the customer often has no idea what they want.
So the new plan:
- Pre-program Stanley with impressive workflows before every demo
- Analyze their content ahead of time
- Come with pre-baked ideas specific to THEM
Tomorrow we have 3 really important sales calls.
For hopefully at least one of them, I can report back with a very happy customer.
See you on Day 5.

one of these is a real ugc creator
the other is fully ai
found a viral tiktok yesterday and rebuilt it with seedance 2.0 in like 20 minutes
same hook. same script. same bones.
swapped the character. swapped the setting.
thats it
this is the unlock most brands still dont see
you dont need to find the next viral concept
you take whats already proven and clone it with ai
then spin 50 variations until one fucking booms
infinite shots on goal for the price of one shoot
real creators cost $200-500 a video and take a week
this took 20 minutes and cost cents
drop "clone" and ill dm you the full stack (must follow so i can dm)
if you're a brand and want this for your products launch a campaign on Affiliate Network below

Static ads aren't dead.
They're just usually done wrong.
Over-designed. Five elements crammed in. Studio shots that look like ads.
Wrote the entire formula every winning static across the accounts I run uses right now.
I could charge $2K for this.
Like + comment "STATIC" and I'll DM you the doc.

I asked every strategist on my team for their most reliable founder scripts.
The hooks they reach for every brief. The confession formats. The objection responses. The mechanism frames that actually convert.
Across 30+ brands and 2 years of filming sessions, these are the ones that keep winning.
12 scripts. All free.
Reply "scripts" and I'll DM you the link.

Most SaaS founders treat LinkedIn like nothing
The ones signing clients treat it like a distribution system.
One posts hoping for likes. The other has a profile that converts, content that nurtures, outbound that books calls, and lead magnets that tie all three together.
We closed a multi 6 figure deal for a client last week running this exact system.
So I put together The 2026 LinkedIn Checklist for SaaS and AI Founders.
Every box you can check off this week:
→ Profile rebuilt as a landing page with proof, offer, and 3-point featured section
→ Content mix across top, middle, and bottom of funnel at 5 to 7 posts per week
→ Outbound engine doing 200 qualified connections per week with a 3-message follow-up
→ Lead magnets that generate comments, capture emails, and self-qualify leads
→ Proof stacking system for screenshots, video testimonials, and case studies with real numbers
→ Operating rhythm that batches everything Monday and compounds over 90 days

my team didn't want me to give this away for free. But I'm going to do it anyway
it's the SEO & AI search dashboard I built in Claude Code
it connects to your Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console and Claude Code builds it in 5 minutes
and I made a Notion document and a skill file so you can build this in Claude Code yourself in literally minutes
the dashboard has three tabs:
1. AI Search - How much traffic is coming from ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini ETC. It aggregates the GA4 data and gives single number
2. Paid ads - which keywords rank top 3 for but still pay for ads on, you should cut these to save budget
3. Organic overview - sessions, conversions, top landing pages, demographics. The single view for what is working
I built this because this is how I drive our SEO and AEO forward
it gives me the insights I need to allocate budget and prioritize what content to work on next
I decided to give it away because most companies have no idea AI search is already sending them traffic
like this post and comment "AEOdashboard" and I'll send it over

I built a Claude workflow that spits out 5 winning ads from one URL.
No designer.
No agency.
No brief.
Here's how it works:
1. It eats your product page
URL in.
Claude extracts benefits, audience, positioning, price.
Creative brief auto-built.
No forms.
No calls.
2. It spawns 5 angles
Problem-aware.
Benefit-led.
Social proof.
Direct offer.
Curiosity.
One mindset each.
3. It writes full ads
Headline.
Primary text.
Description.
Meta-ready.
Placement-ready.
5 ads. One input.
4. It scores before you spend
Hook strength.
Brand fit.
Predicted stop rate.
Weak angles die here.
Budget saved.
5. It feeds HeyOz
Visual direction.
Copy.
CTA.
Format.
Paste. Render. Done.
The loop:
URL →
Claude reads →
Angles →
Writes →
Scores →
HeyOz renders →
Meta tests 5 →
Algorithm wins.
What dies:
- Strategist: $5K/mo
- Copywriter: $2K/mo
- Designer: $3K/mo
Replaced: $10K/mo
Cost: $65/mo
Comment "Opus" and I'll share the guide.

We drove 8M+ LinkedIn impressions across our team last year using one repeatable 90-day calendar.
Now I'm giving you the SAME calendar:
(for free)
Posting sporadically is what kills most LinkedIn accounts.
You decide what to post 5 minutes before posting, and nothing builds on what came before.
The accounts that grow on LinkedIn treat content like a 12-week dataset they iterate against weekly.
We turned our internal calendar into a public template, with every post slot and funnel layer pre-assigned for you:
1. 36 ready-to-use post ideas with format labels and creator examples (Pierri, Herubel, Broekema)
2. The 12-week phase split: Positioning (1-4) → Authority (5-8) → Conversion (9-12)
3. A TOFU/MOFU/BOFU split per week so you stop writing at one funnel layer
4. Why 3 posts per week is the sweet spot
5. The "1 post = data point, 36 posts = dataset" iteration loop we use to kill underperformers
Want the full guide?
1. Reply “8M”
2. Follow @Dan__rosenthal
And I'll DM you the link.
PS - This is the same template everyone at our 20+ person team runs on LinkedIn.
It’s yours today for free.

@AaronPriceee aus based brother, they ship domestically within australia
English

bromantane is my favorite cognitive enhancer to come out of the USSR, and it finally fucking dropped in AUSTRALIA (domestic shipping)
intranasal formulation for max bioavailability
bromantane upregulates tyrosine hydroxylase, resulting in more dopamine without nuking your receptors - it just heightens your natural ceiling.
this leads to more focus, motivation, joy, and just an elevated state of mind - i love taking it as much when i'm working as when i'm on vacation. it just makes everything 3x better, and it doesn't fuck up my brain.
and they're giving me a 15% discount to share with you - use code BASED.
reuplabsaus.com/product/broman…
PSA there's only 100 available so don't sleep.
take with 0.5-2g of l-tyrosine to ensure there's enough tyrosine available for conversion to dopamine.

I just built a Claude Co-work and Higgsfield stack that writes, designs, and publishes LinkedIn carousels and visual content from a single brief every week.
Feed it your brand context, your content calendar, and a topic brief → it studies your voice, your visual identity, and your best-performing formats → generates carousel copy, slide designs, and video clips matched to your brand while you review and approve.
All inside Claude Co-work and Higgsfield.
Perfect for GTM engineers and founders who are still writing carousel copy and briefing designers separately, spending hours producing visual content that should come from one integrated workflow, and publishing inconsistently because the production process takes longer than the week it covers.
If you're creating LinkedIn visual content in 2026, you already know the math - the accounts driving pipeline from carousels aren't the ones with the best single slide deck, they're the ones publishing consistently with brand-matched visuals every week without a designer in the loop. Most teams ship one carousel a month if they're lucky.
This stack solves it:
→ Claude Co-work reads your brand voice file, content calendar, and topic brief and generates slide-by-slide carousel copy with hook, body, and CTA for each slide matched to your proven formats
→ Higgsfield takes the copy and generates video clips, animated visuals, or motion graphics for each slide using your brand colours and visual style without a designer brief
→ Co-work skill saves the full carousel production workflow so next week you paste a new brief, run the skill, and the same process executes identically with no re-explaining
→ Scheduled Co-work task runs every Monday morning pulling your content calendar, generating the week's carousel copy, and dropping finished files into your brand folder before you sit down
→ Photo and asset matching reads your brand asset folder by filename and selects the right visual for each slide by topic and tone without you specifying per slide
→ Auto-publish flow pastes finished carousels to LinkedIn, uploads each slide in order, and schedules at your optimal posting time without you touching the platform
No writing carousel copy and briefing designers in separate workflows. No inconsistent visual style because each piece gets produced differently. No publishing one carousel a month because the production process kills the cadence.
What you get:
- Brand voice and visual context file: the exact structure that gives Co-work permanent context about your tone, visual identity, and carousel format preferences
- Carousel copy skill: slide-by-slide copy generation with hook, body, and CTA matched to your proven formats triggered by one slash command
- Higgsfield integration guide: exact workflow for taking Co-work copy into Higgsfield and generating matched visual assets without a designer
- Scheduled production setup: Monday morning trigger that pulls your content calendar and drops finished carousel files into your brand folder automatically
- One production workflow you configure once and run every week forever
Built 100% in Claude Co-work and Higgsfield.
I put together a full playbook with the carousel copy skill, the brand context file, the Higgsfield integration workflow, and the scheduled production setup to get a full week of LinkedIn carousels written, designed, and scheduled from one brief.
