This useless thing called OneApp is honestly frustrating to use. In some cases, you are forced to tap things twice for no reason. For example, when sending money, you first tap “Done” and then “Send”. Why should users go through two steps for one simple action? To make matters worse, I have also lost some of my saved paybills and tills. Safaricom has really gone down when it comes to listening to customers. Instead of improving the user experience, the top leadership seems more focused on looting than fixing obvious problems that affect everyday users.

Iran never even signed that UNCLOS treaty, so they dont have to play your transit passage game. They say innocent passage and they mean it. You bring guns or you bring trouble, they can say no. America starts wars because it never learned geography in school. They bomb first, read the map later. Before you drag us into another bloodbath, open a fucking atlas. The Strait of Hormuz is an international strait. Under UN Convention on the Law of the Sea (which Iran has not ratified) all ships & aircraft enjoy freedom of navigation & overflight. No state can suspend this right. Rights are not subject to negotiation & renegotiation.
