You can wonder those thoughts until the cows come home docket Diva🙄. Bottom line is Karmelo Anthony murdered a person, in broad daylight, in front of multiple witnesses, at a public school track meet. There is no disputing that. He deserves to be locked up for the rest of his miserable life.

Wonder why Austin Metcalf didn’t go get a coach or an adult instead of asking Anthony to leave multiple times and pushing him. Truth is, both Anthony and Metcalf had other options that they failed to use. With that being said, I wonder how the defense is going to use the testimonies of the prosecution’s own witnesses as leverage. Honestly, their own witnesses helped the defense if you ask me.

Let me be clear about what happened in the Karmelo Anthony jury selection. Because the lies are traveling and the truth isn't. FACT: 100% of eligible Black jurors were dismissed. FACT: The prosecution used peremptory strikes to remove the final three remaining Black jurors all women, all educators. FACT: Their stated reason was "we don't want educators on the jury." FACT: The judge allowed a WHITE educator to remain on the jury. FACT: The Batson challenge the legal objection to racially motivated jury strikes — was denied. Result: A Black teenager in Texas faces 5 to 99 years before an all-white jury. Now here's what they want you to believe: that one Black juror who told the court he couldn't be impartial somehow explains all of this away. It doesn't. One juror self-selecting out does not explain three prosecutorial strikes that removed every remaining Black juror while a white educator kept their seat. The truth isn't complicated. The jury was constructed. And Karmelo Anthony could pay the price. Share this post. Get the truth out there! Stay Dangerous.

Austin Metcalf pushed Karmelo Anthony first. That has been repeatedly confirmed by the prosecution’s witnesses. Today, a witness also said Metcalf became irritated and asked Anthony to leave the tent multiple times. That same witness also said Metcalf put both hands on Anthony’s shoulders and pushed him.

🚨UPDATE🚨 For context, 4 out of the 6 teens that testified today were black. Teen 3 said Austin Metcalf told Karmelo Anthony he was not going, "to fight you at a track meet, dude." Teen 4 said Austin never got to grab Karmelo because Karmelo stabbed him so fast. Teen 6 said said Karmelo's vein in his arm was visible and it appeared he was grabbing something from his back pack. That something ended up being the knife that was used to kill Austin. The Daily Mail also is reporting that all the teens testified and said Karmelo was asked repeatedly to leave the tent.
Breanna Morello@BreannaMorello

🚨UPDATE🚨 DAY 2 OF TESTIMONY IN THE KARMELO ANTHONY MURDER TRIAL: The jury was shown a photo of the weapon used to kill Austin Metcalf. The photo was of a 5-inch folding knife with blood on it. Frisco Police Officer Jacob Shalz testified after he found the murder weapon Karmelo Anthony tossed. The knife was found 3-4 rows from where the crime took place. Shalz also located Anthony’s backpack. Frisco Police officer Eduardo Cortez testified. When Karmelo Anthony heard Cortez say he had the "alleged suspect," over the police scanner, Anthony volunteered said, "I'm not alleged. I did it. He put his hands on me. I told him not to." The jury watched that body camera footage. Frisco firefighter Neil Adams testified and stated that Austin Metcalf was gray and didn’t have a pulse when he responded. They did everything to save him. Adams got emotional on the stand and started tearing up.

Trump only says this when MAGA candidates, like Spencer Pratt, start losing. LA will count every vote.

How is it possible the 22,000 ballots came in, with a similar distribution to previous ballots, but with exactly 0 votes for Spencer Pratt? Literally every other candidate was voted for. This looks like straight up fraud.

@GPT_Neanderthal @TempleOSAdmn @NewAtlantisSun Do you have any idea how many third party websites use APIs to surface vote tallies x how many elections happen? It would be extremely improbable that none of them had made a mistake favoring a republican. My prior is that it has happened many times.

If you sit down 24000 individual people and ask them to check the same box you will reliably get a ~1% error rate. There is a ton of research on this from form filling across a variety of industries. The only way you get a 0 defect rate over 24K ballots is if a fairly small group of people is consistently filling them out identically.
Andrew Isker 🌳🪓@BonifaceOption

Can’t get over the ballot drop in LA of 24,000 where there wasn’t a single vote for Pratt. If you ran for mayor in a small city where there were 24,000 votes cast, even if no one knew who you are and you never campaigned, or even if you were a universally despised pariah, you’d still get a few dozen by accident or as a joke. The probability of this is like winning the Powerball five times in a row. This is what 2020 was like btw

@HankT40444 @Data_N8 Also, sometimes places put vote numbers in candidate by candidate. So if you catch it at the right second, it looks like only one person updated, or everyone but one person updated. But if you had looked three seconds earlier, you would have seen the other candidate(s) update.

Okay, math for LA Mayor. Thread: Right now, Karen Bass is a clear first place. Spencer Pratt is in second by a little over 33K votes over Nithya Raman. That lead is not at all safe. Let's break down the numbers. 1. LA County has up to 700K votes remaining to count. The city is

@Data_N8 @NewAtlantisSun If the "raw votes were imported into the third party system incorrectly", that is the definition of "tallying". Incorrect (incompetent, more likely fraudulent) tallying, that is.

@18Wiltonrow @mattyglesias Mattie is staring with a conclusion he prefers and cherry picking data to support it. This is not real analysis. He doesn’t do that anymore. He just advocates for mass immigration. All day, every day.

It's insane that you actually believe these companies were founded by H1B immigrants who just came over here. Most of these companies had heavy financial backing from India to start up or, worse, huge grants and loans unavailable to US citizens. Do better, moron. You posted a viral spreadsheet without doing any research. That makes you intellectually lazy or plain stupid. Finally, why didn’t these unicorns start their businesses in India with Indian talent? I’ll tell you why: they don’t have the talent; they just have cheap labor. It’s Americans who are the unicorns. If it was the other way around, we would be begging to go to India. We aren’t.

I can't decide what's more incredible: That @spencerpratt hasn't received a single vote of the thousands that miraculously came in over night ... Or that the people of Los Angeles are totally fine with this kind of blatant violation of their citizenship.

@yesh222 Cool, now can you explain how they just dropped roughly 24,000 votes and not a single vote was for Spencer Pratt. That's statistically impossible from my understanding. Maybe you can help us understand how this is possible given your knowledge?
