@USPS @USPSHelp the mail for my building is being held hostage by a mailman who has decided he won’t deliver without preconditions which we have met. USPS service continues to degrade year after year. What would life be like without any paper mail?

I believe @BestBuy is padding net income numbers by outsourcing customer support to a remote @GeekSquad who provides awful customer service. I spend two days contacting them and can’t even schedule a service for a broken $1800 washer/dryer I bought 18 months ago. Awful!
