has anyone experienced being charged chargeback fees on RDR (Rapid Dispute Resolution) resolved transactions by their payment processor? by definition RDR prevents chargebacks from occurring at the pre-dispute stage verifi themselves state resolved RDR disputes are “not a chargeback” asking because i’m currently disputing this with my processor and want to know if others have experienced the same even contacted visa about this shit
