@Ozwimmsrights The law and the hospital have no respect nor care for women and girls. Our boundaries were removed under Labour in 2013

@afneil Can someone explain how Sir Olly is viewed as an oppressed victim now because he worked for a bully and if he had voiced objections then he would have been fired… so he opted to shut up in order to keep his high paying job.

Olly Robbins is asked, do you regret granting security clearance for Mandelson? Robbins says he regrets that the vetting wasn't done before & he regrets that the due diligence process didn't colour the PMs judgement. Pointing the finger clearly at Starmer.

He was formally appointed end-January 2025, which is 15 months ago. Not two years. And, using your words, surely only a stupid Prime Minister would appoint a ‘stupid ambassador’ to our most important embassy? So that makes it a story. A big story. Next.
Richard Corbett@RichardGCorbett

The world faces economic turmoil caused by Trump. Climate change threatens the future of the planet. Putin threatens European security. The UK has extra problems caused by Brexit Yet, British media & politics is obsessed about a stupid ambassador appointment 2 years ago…

@HennieInglis You don’t know the half of it! Gender Affirming Care mutilations are basically unregulated in Australia. These same hospitals need to spread the ideology at pace. Dr Upton is part if this strategy..

Imagine hiring such a liability? He invades female spaces, he turns up to treat female patients who ask for a female doctor. He had nurse Sandie Peggie suspended, put through hell. Sandie is currently appealing the ET ruling saying SHE harassed HIM. Australia hires him. Sick.

The BBC Complaints team have concluded that it's not offensive, for this dirty old man to talk about his supposed experiences of misogyny on Woman's Hour, because he cross-dresses full-time. The BBC says the what is a woman question is still "disputed with no settled consensus"

****THE OLLY ROBBINS BOMBSHELL EVIDENCE**** * Number 10 applied 'constant pressure' to the foreign office to clear Mandelson's appointment and took no interest in his vetting. The message was 'get this done' * The Cabinet Office argued that there was no need to vet Mandelson at all. The Foreign Office insisted that there needed to be security vetting * No 10 took a 'dismissive approach' to the vetting process. There was 'constant chasing' from Starmer's private office in No 10 over Mandelson * Mandelson was given access to the FCDO building and granted 'higher classification briefings' before he was granted security clearance * Sir Keir Starmer tried to get his then director of communications Matthew Doyle an ambassadorship. Robbins was told not to inform David Lammy, the then foreign sec. Robbins resisted on grounds that Doyle did not have the credentials to become an ambassador. Doyle was subsequently found to have given public support to a sex offender * Robbins directly contradicted Starmer's claim that he would not have appointed Mandelson if he had known he failed his vetting. Robbins says that it would have been 'very difficult' to block him given the pressure from No 10 * He pointed to the fact that the appointment had been announced, the King had been informed, agrement had been secured with the US - all before the vetting had taken place * He says that blocking Mandelson's appointments would have 'damaged US-UK relations' and caused issues with Donald Trump and his administration * Starmer's central charge against Robbins is that he failed to tell him that Mandelson had not cleared his vetting. Robbins says he did not see the vetting report. He was given a verbal briefing by the foreign office's security team that UK Security Vetting considered Mandelson's vetting to be borderline although it was 'leaning against'. The foreign office security team considered that the security risk could be managed. He agreed. Mandelson was granted developed vetting * Robbins's case is two-fold: 1) He couldn't have told Starmer something he didn't know and 2) He was the ultimate arbiter of whether Mandelson should be granted DV status * Robbins says that when Mandelson was sacked he tried to get hold of the Mandelson UKSV vetting document. He was told by the Cabinet Office that he needed a UK national security justification to access it

COVID and Influenza can be deadly even in young healthy patients. I am only 1 physician and I have seen this far too many times. Vaccines are not perfect but they definitely decrease risk of severe disease including death. #getvaccinated cbc.ca/news/health/ho…

This post has clearly generated some strong reactions! I understand that; but look at it another way. A young doctor, just starting out, has been so strongly and publicly criticised- for good reasons - that they choose to move to the other side of the world. What place is there in our society for grace, forgiveness and tolerance? If a professional, who has had this bad a start to their career, doesn't learn from what has happened when given a new start in another country, that is on them; but I don't think any of us really want to live in a society that doesn't offer any opportunity for fresh starts. The other point is that I expect there are a number of other transgender medics in Australia - born here. So we have to work out accommodations and compromises that, so far as possible, respect all rights and allow people their dignity. For the most part, we can choose our doctors. The trashing of women's rights has been a shocking aspect of the recent 'trans rights' movement; but we mustn't trash others' rights or trample upon people's dignity, in the process of correcting those errors.

Australians should welcome Dr Beth Upton as we welcome so many other migrants who join our caring professions. Australia is the land of the fresh start. Dr Upton needs this after the adverse publicity of the case in Scotland. Dr Upton clearly said some silly things in the witness box under pressure. We all make mistakes. All doctors understand that there are some conditions that only women have and some that only men have. Dr Upton, I am sure, does not believe that one can self-identify into female medical conditions! However, the warm Australian welcome has to be conditioned on Dr Upton allowing women, including nurses, their private spaces and respecting the fact that some female patients will not be comfortable being examined by a transfemale doctor. These are small concessions to ask, so that all rights are equally respected.@AusHumanRights; @RachaelWongAus;@rachelbaxendale.

@Kate3015 As a woman in the city, my rights & safety are as important as those of a rural women or girl. Hospitals lying about a person's sex is despicable.

Why a British trans doctor, Beth Upton, has been registered to practice in Australia as a female doctor and is now working as an emergency resident trainee in regional hospital’s - Port Macquarie and Kempsey astounds me, Men claiming to women might fit well within a society in a city hospital but a regional area in particular Kempsey is ludicrous. And frankly it is asking for trouble. Was a deal done with Dr Upton who is embroiled in a changing room controversy in the UK with the NHS? Did Ahpra register Dr Upton on the basis of a requirement to move to the regions?

Rachel supports the harassment of a doctor who moved halfway round the world due to case publicity, who was proven in the judgement to have done absolutely nothing wrong. Dr Upton is legally defined as a woman in Australia and should be allowed to live her life without this shit.

Today we attended the Australian Human Rights Commission seminar in Hobart. We will do a proper report soon but something definitely hasn't changed and it's the fact that Anna Cody thinks that CEDAW has an inclusive definition of woman which includes Trans-identified males. I guess she is consistent in her misreading of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women

@UltraInterested @CopperCation I know. Still, it's hard for me to understand how even a handmaiden hospital willingly employs a man who through his behaviour and demands is likely to cause tensions, unrest, and conflicts among staff and worry, fear, and confusion among female patients.

Theodore 'Beth' Upton is trending once more. The biological male ex NHS doctor has fled the UK for Australia, where he's now registered as a female practitioner - a jurisdiction that offers even less robust safeguards for single-sex spaces and women's rights than Britain. This is him ⬇️ He likes to sit and make notes on which women get changed with him and which refuse to, btw.
