Order a mattress for urgent delivery from @Wayfair , courier @evrisupportline don't bother delivering in quoted time, don't update, now @Wayfair say nothing they can do. Total nonsense, avoid these people like the plague, total scam artists

Worst customer service from @JohnLewisRetail call centre just tell lies, never ring back. Tell me I have to drive 120 miles to return an item with a valid receipt. Utter nonsense and I'd expect better from a company who harp on about their standards. Never shop there again
