I would argue that an MVP is more a prototype than a simplified version of the product you have in mind. The MVP might be totally different from what your actual product will be. It might be some tw threads that turn into a book/video series/whatever. Prototype to learn.

@mattwensing Oura ring doesn't really tell you what to do... it suggests, but it's up to you. What it does though it collects data that helps you debug. For me key is resting heart rate and body temperature. If those two or off, I know my body is fighting something and not just me being lazy.

@mattwensing @asmartbear It is honestly hard for me to celebrate with the team even if we hit bigger milestones. I am happy about it, but I feel like I am bad at amplifying it. I always get the feeling that it might not be big enough, that I must hit the next one… impostor syndrome I guess.

@asmartbear But if you must have good news ASAP, share it, sure. Hence the “bearably”. But maybe make sure you call everyone together at least. Be thoughtful in the delivery if possible.

As an early-stage founder, share: bad news, early. good news, bearably late. promising news, sparingly.

1. Conversation summarisation. A big problem for Customer Service teams is when a long conversation is handed over from one person to another. It takes time to manually summarise, or to read through and figure it out. Our AI feature now does that excellently, in seconds.

Two months ago, ChatGPT exploded onto the scene. Everyone was talking. But we needed to know if we could deliver something our customers would actually use + value. So we got building with them. It's been incredible! Today we're announcing 4 new battle-tested AI features.

@AmazonHelp It doesn’t matter if I have ordered my items a month ago, I still have to snipe the stock situation?!?! That doesn’t make any sense… on top of which I keep getting the please verify your payment method, and I do, while support confirms it’s ok, it keeps popping up.

@AmazonHelp I have talked with multiple support agents and they could not do anything, they even acknowledge that if someone would order the same items today, they would probably get it far sooner than my estimated delivery date and that they can do nothing about it. It’s logistics they said
