@mattwensing Oura ring doesn't really tell you what to do... it suggests, but it's up to you. What it does though it collects data that helps you debug. For me key is resting heart rate and body temperature. If those two or off, I know my body is fighting something and not just me being lazy.

1. Conversation summarisation. A big problem for Customer Service teams is when a long conversation is handed over from one person to another. It takes time to manually summarise, or to read through and figure it out. Our AI feature now does that excellently, in seconds.

@AmazonHelp It doesn’t matter if I have ordered my items a month ago, I still have to snipe the stock situation?!?! That doesn’t make any sense… on top of which I keep getting the please verify your payment method, and I do, while support confirms it’s ok, it keeps popping up.
