Main goal: Continue my own research and path of raising BMR as high as possible, to be able to enjoy the lifestyle I would like, while able to fend off fat gain and still gain muscle, due to the combination of compounds we have available, that makes it the most possible its ever been during our time. --- What you get with me is an authentic person. Not going to hound you with questions on bloodwork. It’s purely my own journey and what has worked for me. I have spent countless hours this year with a ton of free time, to be able to come out of the woodworks with experience I can share that I have actually done myself. Not chasing lab work numbers, but chasing being in a state of feeling great everyday. Despite me having affiliations now, which BTW are vendors I research with, nothing changes about the core reason I started posting. I love this stuff. It’s all I focus on now. And it looks like I’m in the right area on X to be able to showcase it and help people as well as learn myself. I would like to be able to make an income out of this someday, but don't know how thats going to fully materialize. In real life, I’m a normal dork. I love Game of Thrones, love UFC/NFL, sometimes game a bit, love my pizza and frozen margs, and love binge watching TV series to the point it's obsessive. I am a former Surveillance and Casino Management employee, who walked away from the career in my early 30s years to pursue entrepreneurship, and initially found a skill in trading, prior to shifting my focus now to biohacking. Below are progress photos (I could only add 4, from January-almost current). My cut was from 218-171lbs, where now I’m back near 200 again, much more healthy and more lean mass. 7-MONTHS... I am about this. I am excited to see where the rest of the year brings me with increased calorie intake, as well as more research. Goal is always to have an outstanding story to tell. I've been on TRT for 1 year (as of this month): - Up 40 lbs - Income doubled - Relationships dramatically improved Think about the actions required for each one of those to happen. Correlation isn't causation, sure. But I'll conflate the two for this one.

@RpilldSean Just every meal I utilize either meat or protein powder. When it’s powder it’s either a shake involved or a bunch of yogurt all mixed with berries. All adds up. I have never really experienced appetite suppression- fully- from Tirz, or Reta

Morning still young, and a planned low calorie day after yesterdays over-done it pizza and ice cream day, but this is the best kickstart I have had to a day since.. well the last time I did this. Carbs reward reta, but you in general. Even forgot my mots this morning so that will be a post walk pre-lift thing here shortly.

@StCloudHonore I trade and am trying to find a way to make minimal living from this, the biohacking world and any education I can learn from others as well as hopefully inform others of and help! It’s my goal and I’m putting all energy towards it currently!

Some form of bpc, whether it’s been oral or subq, has been used by me just about every day all year with zero downsides noticeable so far, and likely it’s sustained use has led to why I have been able to make some of the strides. Not against cycling, but without the data yet, it’s hard to argue against treating it like a supplement, despite people worried about angio finding some dormant “cells” Big fan! Good shit! Most non-bullshit pep.
