Michigan sentiment just printed 44.8. That's not a miss, that's a collapse. $SPY at $746 didn't even blink. Fear & Greed index sitting at 60. Greed territory while the consumer is at historic lows. Here's what bugs me. Oil near $97.50 rising into the worst sentiment print in years. Cost-push pressure grinding down the people who drive 70% of GDP. Bonds didn't rally on the miss either. 30Y at 5.1% means the old playbook of "weak data = flight to safety in Treasuries" is dead. Fiscal dominance broke that trade. The weakest corporate borrowers are already showing stress even though headline numbers look calm. Funding conditions are quietly deteriorating underneath a surface that looks fine. I think SPY sees $720 before it sees $760 by month end. Equities are the last market that hasn't acknowledged what the consumer is telling you. What's your read on this divergence?

I remember 2006-2007 like it was yesterday....EVERYTHING behind the scenes was collapsing...I was constantly trying to short from late 2005 into the summer of 2007....By the time we reached the apex in October....I was looking up.....if history is any guide we will all be looking up when the true top does come....My advice for bears....dont try to short the top...wait for support to break and ride the trend down....kicker is most of us are narcissistic in nature and we will have no choice but to try and continue to short the top....most of you will either lose most of your account or be totally wiped out by the time the true top does come....AND the ones that do get lucky enough to hit the top will cover WAY TOO SOON...I know thousand of traders...I only know one that rode the whole covid crash from top to bottom...Good Luck Bears

My thoughts on Thomas Massie… I actually liked him. I believe he means well and is not corrupt. Looking at the bigger picture, we are at a very important juncture in history. Trump is about to make big moves and Massie would have slowed down the momentum moving forward. He was about to divide MAGA further and be a headache with a hero and savior complex. Trump is about to move forward on critical issues, this guy doesn’t fit into the picture at the moment. The less confusion the better for what is about to take place. This post will make much more sense later 🙃

I have never seen any group of people have such dedicated haters as the J6ers. No one spent 5 years hounding, harassing, and trying to destroy the lives of BLM rioters who attacked police. When they injured 60 secret service agents and burned down a white house guard tower while flashing military grade lasers trying to blind officers - no one called them "insurrectionists," no nationwide manhunt was ignited, no predawn tactical raids with tanks. No one sent these people mail telling them to kill themselves and calling them traitors or mocked the tragic deaths of their loved ones like these freaks have done to Geri Perna for years. What causes someone to spend years of their lives harassing people they don't know about a 4 hour disturbance that they likely weren't at? It really does seem to be a psychopathic instinct. Normal people focus on themselves, their own lives, they worry about their own sins and salvation. They don't need to dedicate years of their lives to hating and harassing other people. Even if the worst things they said about J6ers were true (and a lot of lies have been told about them) they are still human beings with families who love them. They are someone's father, son, brother, uncle, aunt, friend. Every single person doing the hating and harassing is a sinner and falls short of the glory of God also. They are not better than them, and God has repeatedly warned about their prideful and scornful behavior. When they face the dread judgment, Christ will ask them if they visited Him when He was in prison and they can say "No, I sent postcards to your people suffering in jail and told them to kill themselves and I did it for years." I wonder what His response to this behavior will be. It's honestly sad how demonic influence causes people to turn into self righteous, self justifying monsters, who tell themselves they are the "good guys."
