I applaud CJ Emeritus, @dkmaraga, for attending court, speaking out and defending the rights and freedoms of all Kenyans to speak freely, participate in national affairs including debating and/or rejecting the #FinanceBill2025. CJ @dkmaraga brief address to the court was 90% on point and for that he deserves our recognition. However, I would like to once more appeal to @dkmaraga and other human rights defenders to FRONTALLY CHALLENGE all the frivolous and vexatious charges being brought against civil rights activists and freedom fighters in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and South Sudan. Stop bowing and addressing state thugs presiding over the trumped up charges and choreographed hearings. Encouraging the police to lay charges NICELY and prosecute innocent Kenyans whose only crime is speaking out against the prevailing tyrannical conditions in the country is not the correct strategy. Lawyers, retired jurists and religious leaders should step forward and lead the march against repression. Wear your gowns and fearlessly lead marches to @StateHouseKenya and other symbols of repression. Tyrant @WilliamsRuto and his armed thugs don’t have the ability to confront you and other eminent citizens in the march against dictatorship, tyranny, repression and corruption.

There is a tailor from Nyanza who did a groundbreaking marriage ceremony yesterday that brought the entire Machakos to a standstill. Hundreds of fuel guzzlers, choppers, and hard-earned money being thrown in the air.
