Seeing the “no dust, no deal” line floated around. It’s more nuanced, per what senior admin official said this AM. Step 1: US & make deal, strait opens & blockade lifts. Step 2: Sides agree to all terms. Step 3: As Iran abides—incl disposal of LEU/HEU—sanx lift accordingly.
