We are heartbroken to announce the passing this morning of our beloved Sophie (aka Maddy, aka Mummy). She died peacefully, with her final days filled with her true loves: family and music and warmth and Christmas and joy. We can't imagine what life will be like without her. 1.

@FunkoEurope your customer service will not answer me, I’ve sent 10 emails and forms and yet you still have my money, and still have my items and aren’t replying to me or dispatching my items. It’s been weeks now. This is called theft.

@Emmakirk87 @SkyHelpTeam Same. I’ve had to buy a silicone case from Amazon to keep the batteries in and the back on. It fell off pretty much straight away!

@AOLSupportHelp clearly AOL email is down, can you tell me how long it will take for you guys to fix this? It happens occasionally for half n hour or an hour but it’s been about 8 hours since I could send or receive email and I’m waiting for an extremely important email!

@TheHauteLawyer @AOL I think it is the AOL server problem, no need to call customer service, we just have to wait for them to fix the problem.

@AOL so I can’t update my recovery cell number as the app will not let me log in. Been on the live customer service call for 57 minutes and still on hold with no live agent picking up. Wtf. How do I get in to my emails?!!!

@HMRCcustomers I need help for my self employed PA. She can’t register as self employed online as she’s lost her passport and doesn’t remember Any security info so can’t get through to anyone on the phone as she fails security. What can she do? We’ve tried for weeks & got nowhere

@HMRCcustomers a) I can’t find it on your site and b) what does she do in future as she can’t even call HMRC and can’t do her self assessment online and also can’t access her tax credits account for the same reason. There must be other ID she can use as she will need to call them at some point.

@HMRCcustomers Yes she will, she earns £780 per month. But she can’t get passed security as she doesn’t have a passport or driving licence and because she doesn’t know the answers to her security questions so no one can help her online or on the phone and she can’t register for self employment

@SlummyM Hi Can you confirm if she will be earning more than £1000 in this tax year? If not she won't need to register for self employment. Najmin
