I doubt most people understand demographics in the military. We spent over 20 years doing GWOT. Tens of thousands of men trained to fight and a decent percentage actually get to test their mettle. What the recruiting ads don't show you, is this: 98% of combat arms is white males. 99.9% of special operations is white males. 20+ years of young white males have been to the agoge. This is unique to America. As is the 2nd Amendment. Do with that what you will.
