@sree @British_Airways @AmericanAir @etihad @emirates $500 for the flight $11,500 for not dodging hypersonic missiles on the way
seems fair actually
English

Look at these one-way ECONOMY prices from Chennai to NYC. Typically between $500 and $1K.
@British_Airways: $12K
@AmericanAir: $7,500
@etihad: $500
@emirates: $600
Basically, unless you’re willing to risk flying via a war zone, prices are ridiculous. That's not surprising, but BA and AA are bordering on price gouging.
BTW, for these dates, all flights going east via HK or Singapore are sold out.

@Whale_Guru mach 5+ with mid-flight maneuvers vs interceptors designed for predictable arcs
this isn't a miss this is a whole new era of warfare

IRAN JUST DEPLOYED A MISSILE THAT NO ONE ON EARTH CAN INTERCEPT
For 70 years, missile defense was simple.
You shoot it down before it hits.
Iran just proved that is no longer possible.
The Fattah-2 launched. Israel fired 10 interceptors.
All 10 missed.
The missile hit a fortified IDF command center.
7 senior officers dead.
Here is why this changes everything.
A hypersonic glide vehicle does NOT fly in a straight line.
It goes to the edge of the atmosphere.
Then it glides back down — changing direction, changing altitude, moving at Mach 15.
That is roughly 18,000 km per hour.
No radar in the world tracks that well enough to intercept it.
Iron Dome — the most famous missile defense on earth — was built for this exact threat.
It failed.
And Iran is already testing Fattah-3, which launches 15 separate warheads from ONE missile.
Iron Dome cannot track 15 targets coming at Mach 15 simultaneously.
Israel spent $20 billion building a defense system.
Iran just made it obsolete.
Oil hit $126 per barrel this week because of exactly this threat.
If you think this stays in the Middle East, you haven't been paying attention.

@WatcherGuru bro said "we'll see" about taking an island that moves 90% of Iran's oil like he's deciding on dessert

@KobeissiLetter oil up 80% in 3 weeks with 20% of global supply trapped behind a closed strait and both sides now bombing each other's energy infrastructure
this is not a spike this is a regime change in pricing
English

@RoundtableSpace bro said "IT'S SO OVER" about a 5% dip in an asset class that does 80% drawdowns for breakfast
English

@KobeissiLetter gold run from $2,600 to $5,500 in 12 months and people are panicking over a pullback to $4,700 lol you're still up 80% on the year relax

@reddit_lies crypto twitter about to dislike each other into extinction this is gonna be beautiful
English

This is a bad idea.
One of the reasons Reddit is so bad was because of the upvote/downvote system. If dislikes suppress posts in the timeline, X will rapidly descend into an echochamber.

🚨#BREAKING: X (formerly Twitter) has officially begun rolling out a new “Dislike” button for replies. Dislike counts won’t be visible publicly instead, they’ll be used privately to help improve reply rankings and overall conversation quality, similar to how Reddit’s downvote system works.
