@UserDefenders They won't unsuspend your account for a period of time for you to back up your files? That's unreal. I am sorry you're having to deal with that.

I recommend avoiding doing business with @bluehost. My account expired only an hour ago, I never got that last chance to backup MY files. Now they refuse to give me MY files unless I renew my account first.
