@neeraga @ryancarson @Trustpilot I experienced that with a client of mine. We tried for over a month to convince them to delete a company page the client never set up. They would not do it. Eventually, we found a workaround but it was a bit unorthodox.

@ryancarson Now try to email them and ask them to remove your page in your company's name. They will say that they own your company name's page on their website and they will not remove it. @Trustpilot

Trustpilot feels like the mob. Me: "I should collect reviews on Trustpilot! It'll help people trust our business more!" Signs up for business account ... Emails users to collect Trustpilot reviews ... Gets amazing 5-start reviews ... Me: "OK, let's put them on the website. Nice." Trustpilot: "Sorry, you have to pay us $299 PER MONTH to put *your* reviews on *your* site" Me: "OMG, seriously? I just want to put a couple nice reviews on my site." Trustpilot: "Actually, if you want to show the actual review, instead of making people click through to our site, you have to pay $1,099/mo". Me: Cancels account What a joke. Someone vibecode this and crush them please.

Your entire military footprint in Greenland amounts to roughly 130 personnel. Pituffik Space Base alone is larger, and historically housed around 6,000. Framing this as a looming war is absurd. What you do have is a self-inflicted global stalemate: loudly backing Ukraine while still buying Russian oil; sermonizing about democracy while condemning Maduro’s ouster; ignoring protests in Iran while fretting over the return of a king... all contradictions that conveniently sustain NGO growth and EU rent-seeking. Like it or not, Trump is dismantling your grift and rewriting the world order. You don't have any logical reason to oppose it, except you hate that your era of dependence on US taxpayers is finally ending. So all you can do is appeal to emotions and invent a war out of thin cloth.

Denmark will not hand over Greenland even if the USA threatens us with nuclear weapons. I am not saying this to stump our chest and try to be tough. We are small and no match for the USA. We know that. But we are not doing it under any circumstances.

I’ve been building Dexter for 2 months now. It’s like Claude Code, but for finance. What Dexter can do: • find undervalued stocks • analyze them in detail • build investment thesis All of the code is open source. Bonus: Dexter can also run on local LLMs.

@roasblender This is a great example of proximity beating strategy. The person closest to the pain sees patterns leadership can’t. The real lesson isn’t “hire overseas” or “refund less,” it’s build systems that listen to the front line instead of overriding it.

Hired a Filipino customer support agent for my store. $4/hour. Just answering tickets and handling complaints. Didn’t expect much beyond refunds and apologies. About a month in, she messages me: “Boss, why we always refund first?” I said, “Because they’re mad and I don’t want chargebacks.” She replied with screenshots. WITHOUT me asking: Every support ticket for the last 6 weeks Organized by complaint type, response, and final order value She noticed something I completely missed. Customers complaining about shipping delays were still willing to buy more. They just wanted reassurance. So instead of refunding, she started replying with: “I can refund you now or I can add a free upgrade to your order for the wait.” Then she tracked the results. Old approach: Refund rate: 29% Post-support AOV: $0 Her approach: Refund rate: 17% Post-support AOV: $52 Same customers. Same problems. Just a different response. I didn’t fully believe it, so we tested it for 3 weeks. No instant refunds. Always offer a bonus, bundle, or upgrade first. Results: Average order value went from $41 to $63 Refunds dropped by 12% Monthly revenue increased by $24k Then she noticed another pattern. Customers complaining about product quality didn’t want their money back. They wanted instructions. So she started sending: • usage tips • short reassurance messages • replacement offers instead of refunds That change alone saved another $7k/month. This wasn’t a sales rep. Wasn’t a strategist. Wasn’t a manager. It was someone reading complaints all day. The people closest to your problems see opportunities you don’t. If you actually listen to them.

@iamdavenick @YouTube This is horrible. I’m seeing more and more complaints of YouTube’s Ai bot Moderator being too broad with its sword

Wow... I lost 1,000,000 subscribers. And all my childhood videos. AI moderation is out of control @YouTube Their AI bot claims I violated "dangerous content policy" by claiming "guaranteed returns" or promoting a pyramid scheme. I've never done any of that and can prove endlessly. All I did was document trying and testing online businesses since 13 years old. - I have never promoted scams. - I have never put my community at danger. - I have never violated terms intentionally, and when AI flagged my content, I corrected immediately. If sharing business experience and lessons was so 'dangerous', then why did over 1,000,000 subscribe? Why did over 400K people return every month to watch AGAIN? I was getting thousands of messages a week from people who found my free content useful. Knowing I've done nothing wrong, I just thought I'll appeal, they'll see AI made a mistake, and my life's work will be given back to me. I appealed multiple times, and every time I did, I just got a generic response that they won't return my channel. We had 14 full time employees who depended on this channel to feed their families. So YouTube's AI response not only affects me, but affects our team, and millions of people whose lives were positively impacted by this channel. I have been in this space since 2011, and it's heartbreaking to witness AI police bully the whole @YouTubeCreators community. Over a decade of sweat and tears gone in an instant. And I am not the only one that got unfairly removed. Incompetence of AI moderation has financially and emotionally damaged millions of creators. I'm not making this post to beg for sympathy, but as a warning to all creators. If AI can do this to me with over a decade of content and a community of 1,000,000+ people... Then no one is safe anymore. So what can you do? 1) Own your audience. Use YouTube to get discovered, and funnel that audience to a community, group, or email list outside. 2) Retweet this. If we spread awareness far enough, more people will learn about AI police brutality on YouTube. 3) If you’ve had a similar experience, reply. I’m collecting stories. 4) Keep serving your community. Got wrongfully removed? Okay, it's not fair, but you have to keep going. Your audience went to you for a reason. They trust you and you should never let them down. So find strength to rebuild from scratch. It might take a year, 5 or even 10, but time will pass anyways. And you only lose if you stop playing. Lots of love, - Dave🫶🏻

So, Bessent just unilaterally decided to plunge countless vulnerable people, who are already doing essential, low-wage jobs into total crisis right before the holidays? This isn't fiscal policy; it's cruelty. Where is the basic humanity? This solution punishes children and working families while solving nothing. Watch the economy tank when these essential workers vanish. Absolutely disgusting

Reading this made me feel a deep sense of gratitude. We live in a country where we can freely worship God. No group should ever be persecuted for practicing their religion. We don’t have to share the same beliefs in order for us to respect each other. Numerous countries all around the world are being affected by this horror & it’s dangerous to pretend we don’t notice. Thank you to The President & his team for taking this seriously. God bless every persecuted Christian. Let’s remember to lift them up in prayer.
