TESLA AFTER A SPACEX IPO Many analysts assume a static pie — i.e. a scarcity mindset. They think a SpaceX IPO hurts Tesla longterm by splitting Elon’s (and investors’) attention. They somehow forgot that Elon Musk built both Tesla & SpaceX simultaneously to trillion-plus valuations. Tesla has always been volatile, a SpaceX IPO is just this week’s excuse. Traders make money from volatility. These analysts are ALREADY WRONG. Within 3 months of AJ’s doomsday 2/25 analysis, Tesla & SpaceX are deepening a mutually beneficial partnership. This isn’t a zero-sum game. Instead of each company remaining on a trajectory to be an $8 Trillion company, Elon Musk leveled up to a new 100 Trillion market cap goal. Instead of competition between Musk companies and divided loyalty, Elon Musk has tasked Tesla/SpaceX/xAI with one audacious mission: remove the constraint of Earth and its limited resources by kick-starting a true Space Economy flywheel. MYTH BUSTING: SPACEXAI IPO EDITION Does Jim Cramer EVER learn from his past mistakes? Current evidence say maybe not. He - and a lot of keyboard analysts - throw around false narratives: MYTH ONE: All potential upside is priced in. REALITY: The real metric is what SpaceXAI current and future businesses are included in Wall Street models? What aren’t? And do you believe Elon Musk can execute on these plans that aren’t? The biggest alpha for retail is the valuation gap - Wall Street models are still very conservative. As an investor in Elon Musk since Tesla’s 2010 IPO, the market repeatedly underprices the execution on seemingly impossible plans until the revenue shows up. @tacuru007 The first factory has not even ramped production yet - similar to Tesla not building GigaBerlin simultaneously with Fremont. Launch products always have a few kinks to work out.

@Amy787 I honestly don't understand why Tesla Semi production isn't announced in Europe yet...diesel costs $7.50 to $8.80 per gallon in Europe, Semi will sell like hot cakes over here.

TESLA SEMI: The wait is over. The high production factory is set to ramp production soon. Trucking will never be the same again. Anyone who lives in - or travels to - the mountains knows what a game changer it will be that the Tesla Semi can maintain a normal speed up a grade.

Thanks for writing this comment as a lot of people feel like you do not wanting to be greedy and to be “realistic”, ie Pigs Get Slaughtered on the Market. But this is an Elon Musk company and even looking at Tesla’s IPO it was far from a high. The best companies on the world so far better than a 35x increase. There is a lot of upside left to creating a new space economy. The idea that a company went up x amount and is now done is a fallacy that people buy into that causes them to sell while a company is still increasing its market cap. ♦️By far the better question is how much of the companies current projects has Wall Street priced in? For SpaceXAI that answer is not even close to all of SpaceXAI’s projects leaving lots of upside. They have priced in some of launch, but not Starship being fully reusable at a rapid cadence. They have priced in Starlink’s inked deals with airlines, but not the far bigger satellite to device market. They basically have counted xAI and X out - but they are working on products like v9 with the 1 Trillion parameters and Cursor data and staff and X-money. That is just SpaceX. ♦️Combine SpaceXAI and Tesla and the vertical integration is complete and that advantage compounds. The three initial projects could all add trillions to the market cap of a combined company if they succeed- and my bet is they do. Terafab, AI Space Compute and Digital Optimus are not in any valuation.

@Gfilche @B_HiTech @Tesla @SpaceX SpaceX valuation went from $50B to $1.75T since 2021. That’s a 35x increase. During that same time Tesla’s valuation went from $1.6T to $1.6T 0% increase. Merging now or anytime soon would be buying into SpaceX at a high valuation that will trade sideways for years.
