I have located training of judges on disinformation just prior to 2020 election. The videos in the following posts show what Spaulding, the ABA, the NCSC, the Brunswick Group & Mary & William Law School worked together to influence judges in “preparation for 2020” This is a significant find, because it shows Spaulding fed the judges a lie, that she knew to be false because, as she likes to remind everyone, she was in charge of the men & woman protecting elections & did the evaluation of “Russian interference” Spaulding enlisted the ABA & NCSC to carry this lie forward to all the judges - including those in non- USA jurisdictions. NCSC worked hand in glove with the ABA to do this. See pic below from October 5, 2020 ABA Journal article titled “How can courts counter disinformation? Arizona task force releases recommendations” NCSC then works with the Brunswick Group to develop training material/playbooks for the courts. accesstojustice.nmcourts.gov/wp-content/upl… This is the 2022 version - they used Spaulding’s Beyond the Ballot report (that I have explained before is using bad data). The earlier version they state was funded by States Justice Institute- fully funded USAID org established by federal law in 1984 to award grants to “improve the quality of justice in state courts, and foster innovative, efficient solutions to common issues faced by all courts.” I couldn’t find the earlier version. They push training through a joint venture started by NCSC & William & Mary Law School in 2005, the Election Law Program. NCSC is quoted in a now deleted 2020 NCSC newsroom release: about the trainings: “With the presidential election fast approaching, the program is hosting a series of webinars with the theme “What Happens (In Our Courts) When America Votes?” This election season, as everyone who follows the news knows, has been extremely litigious, and the Election Law Program is doing everything we can to provide the best information to judges and other court professionals,” said Amy McDowell, NCSC’s director of executive leadership education and its liaison to the Election Law Program. “The webinars are just another way we can fulfill our mission to help the courts as they work to rule on election law cases.” “To date, over 240 election law cases have been filed in state and federal courts,” said NCSC President Mary McQueen. “The Election Law Program is designed to provide nonpartisan information to judges and other court professionals about various questions that might arise in election law cases. During 2020, NCSC has hosted a series of webinars on ways state courts can navigate the challenges of COVID-19. They predispose judges to classify election challenges & information coming to their court as “Russian interference” I argue, what the heck are they doing training judges since 2005?! We have the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency's own internal planning document - a working agenda sent by Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency contractor Christopher Schneck to Professor Manos Antonakakis on February 26, 2020 - eight months before the 2020 election. Read what is on that agenda. Word for word: "Deploying Active Domain Name System Pythia - Defense Digital Service / Department of Homeland Security" "Wants to be able to run Reverse Mode and find unknowns." Translation for non-technical readers: Pythia was being embedded inside the Department of Homeland Security, the very agency responsible for declaring elections secure, with the specific goal of running Reverse Mode. Here is what Reverse Mode does in plain language: You pick a target network - say, a voting machine company. Once inside a network, and the documents confirm Pythia was deployed inside the Department of Homeland Security by February 2020, Pythia maps every single connection on that network. Public or private. Internal or external. There is nowhere to hide. Who is accessing it. From where. At what time. Through what pathway. Encryption does not hide this. Firewalls do not block this. Because Pythia operates at the Domain Name System layer: the foundational address system every internet-connected device must use to function. There is no way around it. And here is what else is on that same Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency agenda - listed as Reverse Mode targets: ✅ Voting machine manufacturers ✅ Burisma - the Ukrainian energy company ✅ Department of State ✅ National Security Agency leaked report ✅ State of Georgia - its own separate line item All of this. On one Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency planning document. Eight months before you voted. And United States Army soldiers were trained on this weapon at Georgia Tech's campus. One of those soldiers wrote this to Professor Antonakakis after his training: "Thanks for hosting the Pythia training a couple of weeks ago. It was very interesting seeing the tool in action." The Army unit's motto: 'Pierce the Shadows.' They were not kidding. Captain Severson's email signature contains the Second Battalion Cyber Protection Brigade motto: "Pierce the Shadows." Same professor. Days later: "There is a group that has successfully penetrated these networks." "I think their muted response was because they're a little dazed."
