We didn't set out to build a peptide company. We set out to source compounds for our own research - and hit a wall that anyone working in this space will recognise immediately 👇🧵

Not just Russia, happens in Europe and US/the west There's lots of drugs that have gotten shelved because they either didn't align with financial incentives or because they just were forgotten about because there's so many other drugs in their pipeline that solve other big issues, so some of them just run out of funding. Biotech companies need to make drugs that solve relatively large problems so they can make enough money (blockbuster drugs)to either fund R&D for the next program or to fund the next 10 years of the company lol There's very little margin for error when your playing with the financial GDP of a small country One large wrong move busts your company, it's drug chess

Even 50 years after its discovery, GHK-Cu‘s beneficial effects on cell metabolism are still being explored! A researcher we know around a corner or two, just published PMID 42245779; GHK-Cu improves hippocampal-dependent learning! This stuff is not just for pretty hair and skin.

no offense but there have been Nobel Prizes awarded 100 years ago for the sole discovery of testosterone as a primary opponent of muscle loss (catatoxic agent). It‘s not exactly rocket science that the relatively mild GLP-1s and their appetite suppression cannot hope to outdo such a powerful hormone. You could be eating grass and your body would keep most of its muscle when on TRT, so please don‘t lecture anybody about a „dialed-in protocol“.

11.4% body fat. 156.8 lbs lean mass. Apr DEXA. Still on Reta + TRT. The 'GLP-1 eats muscle' crowd hasn't met a dialed-in protocol. Muscle doesn't disappear when you train, stack right, and actually track the data. 🤷 My DEXA doesn't care about your theory.

@DrKERMD with sleep quality so obviously affected by the glucagon angle, the discontinuation rate makes total sense.

Retatrutide 12 mg → 28.3% weight loss at 80 weeks, 11.3% discontinuation due to adverse effects Tirzepatide 15 mg → 20.9% weight loss at 72 weeks, 6.2% discontinuation due to adverse effects Retatrutide showed higher efficacy at the top dose but with more dose-dependent dropouts. Lower doses performed well on both fronts, however. Direct head-to-head trials are underway and should provide clearer data later this year. Practical takeaway: Retatrutide offers greater weight loss potential for patients who tolerate higher doses, while tirzepatide remains a highly effective and better-tolerated option for many. Slow titration and individualized dosing are key with both. investor.lilly.com/news-releases/…

Are any participants in the retatrutide trials on TRT? Feels like a pretty massive confounder for changes in skeletal muscle, especially if we’re using this data to compare against tirz too. I’d assume randomization averages this out, but I couldn’t find a clear read on this anywhere.

@edgaralandough have you tried eating more zinc when on reta? Stool noticeably changes for the better with zinc-heavy diets or zinc carnosine (!) supplementation

Reta bros don’t hate me, I love the thing and saw crazy results BUT for me even as low as .5 mg I had LIQUID shits…like explosive lol for 2-3 days a week on it. Before anyone goes “I bet your diet sucks” buddy my diet has been A1 for years lol I’m using this stuff for the focus, cog benefits and many other noted health benefits. I couldn’t do the shits anymore so I switched to Triz and I’m happy to report that 1. HR back to normal 2. No liquid shit at all 3. All the other benefits I was seeing from Reta I’m still seeing. My point of this post is…these things affect everyone different and we shouldn’t shit on folks who use one or the other. I love it ALL but I’m big on finding what works for you.

How about someone way smarter than me do a “COAs for Dummies” masterclass for the village idiots like myself who pay our taxes, eat our greens and just want live optimized without always wondering if the COA we see on a vendor site is legit/fake. 🤷‍♂️ I would venture to guess >90% of the mainstream population who can read a label on a box has no clue what to look for on a COA in order to make an educated decision. We blindly place our trust in the vendors b/c they post authentic looking COAs and have slick websites. The GHK could be 99% pure or it could be mountain blast koolaid. Sorry for the rant. Carry on

Retatrutide additional phase 3 results are out, and the data keeps getting better: - 28.3% bodyweight lost on 12mg over 80 weeks (70.3 lbs) - 30.3% at 104 weeks in higher-BMI patients (85 lbs) - 65.3% dropped below the obesity BMI threshold - Knee osteoarthritis pain reduced by up to 75.8% (1 in 8 patients are fully pain-free) - Obstructive sleep apnea significantly improved - Major drops in triglycerides (41%), non-HDL cholesterol (24.2%), and blood pressure - A1C fell up to 2.0% and weight down 16.8% in diabetic patients, in just 40 weeks For those that are unfamiliar, retatrutide now has Phase 3 data showing it reaches well beyond weight loss. It directly treats the complications that have historically required entirely separate medications. This is becoming a new category of medicine, and the data is only getting stronger.

what’s crazy about cerebrolysin was that it had almost the exact dopaminergic refresh effects that i experienced on my 10 day silent retreat: • memories you didn’t even realise you forgot comeback like yesterday • adventurous dreams • 0 inhibitory thoughts by the end

50ml cerebrolysin. over 9 days. administered into my vastus lateralis… 𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚’𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙙 day 1: - nothing. day 2: - nothing. day 3: - sleep inertia lifted completely despite only getting 5-6hrs (increase in recovery per hour) - dream become more vivid day 4: - brainfog significantly improved - later day wakefulness improved - overall increases in energy/focus noted - the mind began to enter a new baseline state….imagine floating inside a bullet train with zero oscillation; the mind is still, yet flying simultaneously. day 5: - same as day 4 day 6: - inhibiting thoughts in social settings drastically decreased - overthinking obliterated almost entirely day 7 - slight improvements in emotional resilience were noted - morning brainfog lifted completely day 8: - same as day 7. all effects amalgamated into new baseline day 9 - everything continues to compound - facial aesthetics seemed more vibrant/debloated i am hard to impress when it comes to trying new pharmaceuticals/research chemicals/peptides but cerebrolysin definitely lived up to expectations. it’s a no-brainer addition to anyone’s longevity protocol. I’ll be running this again in the next 6 months or so. not medical advice.

running this interesting stack for the coming 4-8 weeks or so: morning amantadine 100-200mg royal jelly 5g tadalafil 5mg subq selank 500mcg epitalon 4mg vilon 1mg mexidol 250mg ALCAR 500mg mid-day/ afternoon cerebrolysin 5ml (10 days) agmatine sulfate 0.5g evening guanfacine 2-4mg magnesium l-threonate 144mg at need intranasal insulin 20-60iu (non-modafinil days) modafinil/armodafinil (100mg max) NACET 50-100mg citicoline 250mg excluded supplements here as my current supp stack is weird to heal my broken foot. trying something new here, focused on neuroprotection, dopaminergic and executive function optimization, glutamate mitigation, and systemic cellular longevity - not just acute (or even long-term) efficacy. saving selegiline for the next experiments (the MAO inhibition is too limiting, it would be annoying) not medical advice.

@operationdanish this observation comes from the weight loss, not some hidden mechanism of Reta. Obesity is strongly antiandrogenic.

My goal with running SS-31 was to see if it could amplify the effects of GLP-1s and help me get away with lower doses However, I’ve been getting a mild histamine reaction from SS-31, which is making it difficult to continue So stopped it a couple of days ago
