Not a day goes by where a scientific or medical colleague doesn’t ask me if they should be taking BPC for their shoulder or knee, knowing full well that there are no RCTs… I don’t know what could explain this except that perhaps people are getting impatient. What do you think?

The peptide journey: Interest leads to education. Education leads to action. Action leads to progress. Progress leads to results. Most people enter the peptide world through GLP-1s, GHK, or BPC-157. Once the cycle starts, it repeats. That feedback loop is how this whole industry grows. GLP-1s (Semi/Tirz/Reta) are changing lives. So once people hit the progress/results phase, they ask the obvious question: “what’s next?” That’s when the can of worms opens. Sleep deeper? Stronger libido? Faster recovery? Sharper focus? More energy? Here’s the problem: the data is fractured. The human results are happening, but reporting is scattered across forums, social media, and anecdotal back-and-forth. One thing is clear though: peptides are working. And they’re becoming the future of healthcare, longevity, and optimization. That’s why I’m so fired up about Reptides. It’s not just a guide, a tracker, a dosing calculator, or a vendor list. It’s independent, evidence-based, editorial, and interactive. It’s the go-to place for anyone at any point of the peptide journey. Wherever you are, you can use Reptides as a living platform. And make contributions yourself that moves the entire space forward. So more and more people have access to data and evidence they can use to take real, informed action. And the cool part? It’s not static. It’s constantly evolving. The community we build will feel the direct impact of what they contribute, because every data point makes the next person’s decision better. Stay tuned, y’all. Big things are happening behind the scenes that will only make Reptides bigger, better, and more functional. Sign up for the briefs (free) if you haven’t already, link in bio. And if you want to back our mission to keep this space accountable while supporting everyone’s journey along the way, grab a founder’s membership. 78 lifetime access licenses left.

Made weight this morning 174.5. My goal is to stay right around 172-175 which feels good. Reta 500mcg 2/wk seems to be the sweet spot but may try splitting into 3/wk based on research by @_TrueVoodoo. Will report back. Have a blessed day. 😎

Let’s talk about the negative effects of Reta that no one wants to say out loud: - you have to buy new clothes (sometimes more than once) - people are constantly asking “you look great, what are you taking?” - you don’t get to take 1200mg of Advil every day to deal with chronic aches/pains - you suddenly turned into a show pony and your partner constantly wants to make out 🥰 - you own the room now and can’t hide in the corner anymore 😎 - you bros won’t give you 3 strokes a side anymore since you’re out driving them now And many others…. *not medical or life advice, you do you*

very simply, verify the COA on the actual testing companies website, check for how recent the COAs are and how frequently they’re updated to see if a company is actually testing every batch. the honest answer is a company can use a COA to base their quality, then sell you whatever you want even if it’s not from the same batch. pick a company you trust and stick to them.

How about someone way smarter than me do a “COAs for Dummies” masterclass for the village idiots like myself who pay our taxes, eat our greens and just want live optimized without always wondering if the COA we see on a vendor site is legit/fake. 🤷‍♂️ I would venture to guess >90% of the mainstream population who can read a label on a box has no clue what to look for on a COA in order to make an educated decision. We blindly place our trust in the vendors b/c they post authentic looking COAs and have slick websites. The GHK could be 99% pure or it could be mountain blast koolaid. Sorry for the rant. Carry on

NanjingPeptide fake COA strikes again. Love how they've added their own vial picture and chromotogram. Very creative

Yeah I followed the SS31 protocol with Urolithin A for 4 weeks, ran with Mots for 2 weeks before running solo and it crushed me. I couldn’t figure out wth was happening. I ended up only running it for 30 days (1mg/day 5/2). I also dropped Reta and NAD at the same time as adding Mots so it was probably several things at once but I’ve since discovered the MTHFR connection so added in methylated B complex and TMG and it’s slowly getting better. I’m going to try the sublingual drops and see how they compare.

🧪 Time for my daily 1mg SS-31 dose 🧪 My sweet wife organized our syringes and alcohol wipes in this handy basket ❤️ My experience with SS-31 so far has been subtle but noticeable. SS-31 is a mitochondria-targeting peptide designed to help support cellular energy production by binding and repairing cardiolipin, a key lipid found in the inner mitochondrial membrane that regulates the electron transport chain. By supporting mitochondrial function, it may help cells produce energy more efficiently and reduce oxidative stress. I’m about halfway through my 30-day protocol before I anxiously jump into MOTS-c. During the first week or two, I actually felt more fatigued and weaker in the gym than before starting. However, over the past week, my strength has started climbing back up and my running pace has improved. My personal theory is that the initial fatigue may have been related to underlying cellular and mitochondrial repair processes that were temporarily demanding additional energy. Overall, I’m glad I’ve experimented with SS-31 and I’m looking forward to running another cycle at a higher dose in the future. 🏃‍♂️💪🔬 As always, this is just my personal experience and not medical advice 🏥 If you’re interested in trying SS-31 for yourself or looking to restock your supply, check out GlacierAminos.shop 🧪 They offer competitive pricing, thorough 7x testing, and fast shipping. They’re also running a sitewide 15% off sale this weekend, and you can stack an additional 10% off with code MANNY 💰 Happy researching! 🔬

Post that pic in grok and ask grok to explain it. Probably get the most detailed answer that way. Yeah man it’s all the ignorant people support karmelo thinking it was self defense that’s bothering me. The testimonies destroy his defense and ppl just don’t even care bc they hate white people. I’m really getting tired of it all man

The chromatography chart should ideally have one clean sharp symmetrical peak with no (or very few and small) other peaks. The exception to this is if it’s in a blend. GLOW for example should have 3 peaks, one for each peptide (they’ll usually be labeled as each peptide they are). The purity result is the headline of the chart and it measures the main peak vs. the other noise. Basically the chromatography chart is *why* the purity is what it is. Not all COAs have them but the mass spectrometry chart will be how the peptide is identified.

It’s actually really easy, glad you asked. Go to the lab that ran the test and search their database by either the batch number or the COA search ID that some of them have. The COA will come up completely unadulterated (so long as it’s real) and you’ll be able to compare whether or not the vendor pasted their name into someone else’s test results or if they stuck a new picture of their products on top of it.
