Hours in the midday sun, weeks on end. Tanned like a conker. Not one peel. Six years ago, before I cut seed oils, the sun would barely touch me and I'd be peeling within days. Correlation isn't causation, sure. Until you learn seed oils get stored in your skin and oxidise under UV. That reaction is the burn. Cut the oils. Give it two years. Your skin stops flinching at the sun it was built for.

How about someone way smarter than me do a “COAs for Dummies” masterclass for the village idiots like myself who pay our taxes, eat our greens and just want live optimized without always wondering if the COA we see on a vendor site is legit/fake. 🤷‍♂️ I would venture to guess >90% of the mainstream population who can read a label on a box has no clue what to look for on a COA in order to make an educated decision. We blindly place our trust in the vendors b/c they post authentic looking COAs and have slick websites. The GHK could be 99% pure or it could be mountain blast koolaid. Sorry for the rant. Carry on

You're not hungry between meals, so the crisps and the bars stay on the shelf. The seed oil giants: out of work. You cook in butter and tallow. The gut-health business: silent. No bloating to fix means no probiotic to flog. The plant-based aisle: untouched. You're not buying a solvent-washed burger that imitates the thing you already eat. The weight-loss industry: stumped. No shakes, no points, no app, no jab. The weight just falls off. The afternoon energy market: closed. No three o'clock crash, so no drink to climb out of it. Half the chemist's shelf: suddenly optional. Reverse the disease and the prescriptions start looking negotiable. Now ask the obvious question. Why does a man eating beef and eggs attract so much hate, so much fear, so many breathless headlines? A diet you can run on meat, water, and almost nothing else is a wonderful thing for a human body. It is a catastrophe for an economy built on selling you the fix for everything that diet quietly resolves. The hate was never really about your health. Follow the money, and the venom makes perfect sense.

Everyone does things differently when storing peptides (I eventually need to get into pens). But I like to have silicon tops and a fridge case to keep them dark and secure. Don’t stick them in the fridge door to roll around and get extra light, movement and the tops to get dirty.

People ask how I stay carnivore while travelling. I don't think about it for a second. I look at the menu. I find the meat. I order the meat. I eat the meat and leave whatever garnish wandered onto the plate uninvited. I don't interrogate the waiter about which oil the steak met. I'm not about to quiz a Greek man about his pan. Three hundred and sixty days a year I eat beef, eggs and butter, and that balance buys me a steak cooked in something I'd rather it wasn't, in a country I'm enjoying, without a flicker of guilt. The people panicking over one restaurant meal have it backwards. A body kept robust all year can shrug off a single dinner. The entire point of eating well is that the odd exception can't lay a glove on you. Rigidity gets mistaken for discipline. Most of the time it's just fragility wearing a costume. Order the meat, leave the garnish, and enjoy the country you actually travelled to see.
