true dedication to an endurance block will force you to smile in blood that you once despised. it forces conversations with the rawest version of yourself, the self that wants to destroy everything for its goals, the self that wants to quit, the self that wont let itself quit. it forces you to dig out of the swelling. it ensures you find a way through, rather than escape like you can everything else in life. it highlights everything you are in that moment whilst shining a light upon everything you could be. such can be said about many things in life but i think what makes endurance such a special vehicle for this discovery is that it is purely 1v1 with yourself. there is no threat from anyone or anything, no one is relying on you to perform nor are you relying on anyone else. it is purely a fight with the mirrors that you have avoided for so long and there is just something so transformative about that. each block will force a new mirror upon you, endlessly learning and evolving. now go find some soil and move.
